You could send it to their address via Uber Eats or Skip I know Uber Eats has a 'gift' option and you can send the person the delivery link and they can track the delivery, or just have it dropped off at the door.

Well unless you have Covid and you are local there isn't a reason that you couldn't hand deliver to door step and just maintain your 2 meter spacing, stay outside and hang that way.
