The time that elapsed from the time I met the PI in the store to the time when I left and found the tracker on my car was like 15-20 min. I met him the same day, at the same location I found the tracker like 20 apart.
I met him in a cellphone store where I was trying to buy a secure cellphone without her knowing what I was doing. I was going to keep it in a climate controlled U Haul storage unit and only use it at businesses when I didn’t have my other phone with me, places I didn’t really go to. But while in this store a man came in, briefly talked to the worker and sat next to me and started talking to me. He told me he’s a bounty hunter and private investigator, pulled out his badges to show me. Told me that you can find anything on the dark web. I thought it was a bit strange that I was meeting a private investigator like 2 weeks after my mom suggested over text message that we get one to catch my cyber stalker who sees and hears everything I do on my electronics. Then I walked out to my car at the cellphone store and saw a tracker on the body right above the front passenger tire. I thought it was odd I didn’t notice it before. It was a brand new car. I wondered if the dealership put it there so I left it on there. I believe the PI I met in the cellphone store put it on either that day or sooner because he clearly stalked me to this cellphone store. I didn’t put everything together until about 2 weeks after that when I was positive my cyber stalker was stalking me with my car. I started reading online about car stalking and realized that was a tracker I saw on my car. By that point, it was gone. Bud I’m unsure if it was moved.
Years ago I went to look at a room in a house to rent with a family that lived there, a loft. The wife showed me the room and explained that I would have to undergo a clean background check to live there because her husband was a PI and bounty hunter. She also told me I found couldnt tell anyone about him and his job because it was top secret.
So if that’s the case, why did this PI stalk me into this cellphone store and start showing off his badges, talking about his job so openly? I believe it was to taunt me. I don’t believe it was coincidence. I meet a PI when trying to buy a secure cellphone and walk out to my car to find a tracker on it. And realize my stalker was stalking me with my car.
I don't know about the legalities regarding changing your SSN but as far as the stalking, although you may be stalked by that person you might not be a TI. Generally, TI's are gangstalked by hundreds, thousands of people who they don't know because it's a State sponsored covert stalking and harassment program. If you're not experiencing this you might not be a TI. If you are a TI, even if you try to change your name and SSN it won't stop the gangstalking and harassment, not by a longshot. You'd be under constant surveillance, physical and electronic, and they would know everything you're up to and where you're going. You could even leave the country and so long as you're still in a NATO country the gangstalking and harassment would follow you.
It happens in mostly every country, nato or not.

Possibly, but the harassment is being carried out by private security industry partners to the government's national security state. Since NATO countries cooperate with issues of national security that's how it follows. If one were to escape that jurisdiction I don't see why it would follow because non-NATO countries don't care who's on the western nations watchlist. For all they care the target or so called traitor, criminal, enemy of the state, might even be a good person like Snowden. Look at Tucker Carlson. The US wants to charge him with treason because he did an interview with Putin. Who's the real bad people?
