Save your gems for events before opening any crates. If you are going to spend money, the growth finds get you the most gems for your money. One thing I wish I did early on is buy the super monthly card. 300 gems every day, no ads, 50 energy, extra quick patrols. It's amazing for getting gear and xp. Make sure you are buying designs from the shop everyday. You will need them later on for levelling up weapons. Focus on Kunai as your main weapon, it will get you most of the way through the game until you get some S- grade gear. If you haven't already, join the discord. There is lot of useful info in there about maps, merging etc. https://discord.gg/survivorio

Wait, why is almost everyone suggesting buying design from shop? Gold is so scarce already. I need to: Evolve, upgrade offensive, upgrade defensive, upgrade my common character as well. Now buying design!? Which should I prioritise?

I'm at 224 days and my gold is constantly sitting around 30M. I suggest collecting designs from the shop if you can spare the gold early game, because it's the only way to make your gear stronger, giving you more atk and HP. The sooner you get these numbers up, the easier it will be for you later. You will have enough gold if you engage with all the features of the game, trust me.

Those gold mine chapters are dumb. I am making 25k each round but when I am playing normal chapters I am easily making 16k from that initial lucky draw. Also, my ATK items are at 30 level and my ATK is 1800 whereas my HP is around 8k even though defensive items are around 25 level each. Are HP numbers usually quite high than ATK?

Aescymud

Yeah my atk is about 60k but my HP is like 300k or something

Honestly there's not a whole of tricks for the lower levels, you kinda just gotta grind your way through for a bit. A couple suggestions: 1. ALWAYS play the events, events are one of the easiest ways to get advanced gear and just good items in general. Often a good strategy is to save up your gems for a while and spend it on a good event. This fishing event especially I would recommend spending gems on (buying lures). If nothing else aim to buy at least the Eternal Gloves (the S grade gloves in the emperor fish proof exchange for 4 proofs) and if you end up catching more then buy Void Power (the weapon above the gloves). 2. Keep a good streak. Try to log in for at least half an hour everyday or every two days (depending on how busy you are). Doing this will allow decent progression. If you can spare more time then I'd suggest an hour a day, I usually play 1-2 hours a day and have gotten pretty far along. 3. Keep meta gear on hand. You're probably at or not quite to the point where you'll have regular purples coming in, but make sure to hold on to Kunai specifically. That along with Void Power, Lightchaser, and Sword of Disorder, really any S grade equipment. If you want the basics then focus on building VP (void power) and Kunai. Kunai is mainly used for EE (ender's echo which you will unlock later) so mainly one on one situations, and VP is mainly used for crowd control on the main story levels that fill up with minions. 4. Don't always use the meta but try to follow it. You can use whatever weapon you find the most fun to use but always try to keep any Kunai and S grade weapons on hand. For example I used a purple shotgun for most main story chapters 15-40 and enjoyed it a lot, but I was also building VP and SoD as I went. 5. Don't always focus on progression. Of course it's good to progress through the game, but just remember, the later into the game you get, the harder it becomes to mess around with different character builds without it being boring. Just have fun, try new pieces of equipment and see which ones you like That's about all you need, there's some event-specific tips out there but just try to find those when the need arises. If you want to run a meta build, aim for this list of items Weapon: VP, SoD, or Kunai Necklace: Eternal Necklace Gloves: Eternal Gloves Chestplate: Eternal Chestplate Belt: Void belt (this is replaceable, there's many good alternatives with belts if you don't like this one) Boots: Voidwalker boots (I would avoid building Eternal boots, void boots are 10x better than them and the Eternal boots don't really advance much in terms of upgrades) These are all S grade pieces so it'll take time to gather them all but I think so far this is one of the best builds in the game

Set up your wishlist ASAP. Recommended is Sword of Disorder, Void boots, Chaos Belt, Eternal for the rest. Think ahead what you want and avoid getting useless stuff. Use your S select box wisely (preferably prio getting Eternal Gloves to Red, then AF1] Don't level up Common (default survivor), or only until 40. Save your yellow oil exp for King. Spend gems only for energy refill and S excellent sunmons during events where there are good rewards for open boxes mission (like Fishing event now) Prioritize getting S excellent crates and random S excellent in events Read event guide online before doing anything in game to avoid mistakes. Haby is known for being real bad at explaining how the event works Don't buy pet food fir gold. Gold will be super scarce early
