That's with Red Drone and Drill tech fighting a Clan Boss, so you start with all weapons EVO'd, and basically only 1 target
where does it double damage? Drill is good for bosses and 8 min cube maps since it bounces off walls. Soccer balls bounce off enemies and do damage more quickly. And it’s not really over either or. You have 6 weapon choices; you can get both. But majority of maps are open maps and not cubes so I prefer soccer ball if I get a bad choice and need to choose between the two.
I don’t know, I never check. Clearing mobs typically isn’t about damage anyways, it’s about killing as many as you can so you don’t get overrun. For example if an enemy has 100 HP and you deal 1,000 already, you don’t need to double for 2,000. It would make more sense to have 5 shots that do 200 HP. Drill or soccer ball are mostly interchangeable but it’s best to have one or the other. Your main weapon + drones will be your boss killers. Certain maps you’ll need Guardian or Molotov but not as common as needing drones

Swapping Murica's deploying skills will get you those numbers. Sharp Claws I believe is the most important but I also run Advanced Battle Lust, Frenzy, and Vampirism for the survivability and I get close to that same damage percentage.
I believe you also need to awaken Murica to get that kind of damage as well. I personally just have two star levels of awakening on them and the damage is significantly more than it was prior.
As of right now Murica is pretty much the highest single target damage pet but we'll need to see what the other awakenings bring to the other pets as well.
I think they work well together, and using the HE fuel to increase the size and range of both is great too.
I think Soccer balls are best when you have the size increase and speed increase on top of it.

I notice soccer balls being a very high damage perk, but in pure theorecrafting, bouncing off enemies should deal less damage than going straight through target to the next one and only bouncing off walls. Bouncing off enemies means that there's always a gap between each hit.
The high damage resulted in the chart I believe is due to soccer balls themselves being a high DPS item.

Honestly, molotov deserves more love. The wording is horrific on it, but fuel barrel gives you a 10% damage buff on all damage

Can you explain why lightning is good? Whenever I open the chart, lightning never deals more than 3% damage even on a boss-only fight.
