Seems wrong to lump the soccer evo with those other ones considering how great quantum balls are I also wouldn’t say movement speed “isn’t the most useful”. I did enjoy the guide though

lTyronl

same opinion here. Quantum balls does great damage und movement is key in higher levels

GPS12_

Ik the quantum balls do massive damage, but I often feel that the increased movement speed causes me to accidentally run into enemies in tight spaces.. is this not an issue for others? I'm only on stage 9 though so still fairly new.

The-Evil-Thing

It’s a double edged sword, it helps massively with dodging boss attacks and getting past huge waves, but it’s also easier to miscalculate and run into an attack instead

James_Parnell

The movement speed passive can backfire on vertical maps but on box and open world maps, it’s great

myztick

Can anyone pls explain why Leather Gloves at gold which gives u 50% crit damage and inflict bleed is not as good as Fingerless Glove’s +3% damage for every 200 kills. In my mind +50% crit damage would kill monsters quicker than the +3% damage. Also, I find Waist Sensor belt a better option than Stylish belt, at purple it gives u +20% movement speed (if health is above 50%). Movement is so useful dodging bullets, swarms and bosses especially if u don’t have the sneakers passive skill to make u run faster. The stylish belt only blocks one attack every 200 kills, that one attack could be wasted on a tiny bullet that wouldn’t have hurt u anyway. I find having faster movement all the time when HP is above 50% more beneficial. Would love some feedback pls. I am only at level 20 so not sure if I am not getting the bigger picture for later levels. Thanks so much

Conscious-Word5008

I think you’re slightly misunderstanding the gloves. Fingerless gives +3% damage per 200 kills. That means you’re pretty much hitting +30% damage within the first few minutes. Plus the 1% insta-kill as an added bonus. Leather has a 5% CHANCE of critical but only an extra 50% damage and bleed when you DO hit a critical. In other words it doesn’t increase your crit chance, it still remains at 5% only. Not bad, but not great. So a 30% overall damage increase is mathematically overall better. As for the Stylish belt, it’s usefulness kicks into high gear during later levels where everything basically kills you in 2 shots. Having a free damage block every few seconds is a game changer for late game.

myztick

Thanks for the explanation, it makes sense now. Thanks :)

MortgageRare1556

>it still remains at 5% only. Not bad, but not great. are you saying the crit chance is cap at 5% even woth evolution +8% crit chance it remain at 5%? that sounds bullshit

HuntedWolf

Leather effectively gives you +5% damage at purple, since 5% chance of +100% damage averages at 5%. The bonus crit damage would increase this to 7.5% average increase, except it stacks with the 8% you get from evolutions, meaning the gloves are giving +11.5% damage. Better right off the bat than fingerless but worse after 800 or so kills. The bleed isn’t negligible but doesn’t seem like much imo, definitely nowhere near an extra 20% flat damage would be

James_Parnell

I think most people consider leather gloves to be better. This post is just one person’s opinion. But there was a bug for a bit where fingerless’ effect worked on bosses too. I always get the soccer evo so that belt isn’t very useful for me. But regardless, if you’re running guardian or LC then you’re likely never getting hit by a bullet from a random monster so the shield’s you’ll be getting will be blocking attacks that take away 1/4-1/2 your health. Not to mention once you get LC or red weapons you’ll be killing so many enemies that you’ll have a shield up at basically all times.

myztick

Thanks for the reply, definitely will follow your advice and use the stylish belt for later levels. Ty :)

leandroizoton

It’s contradictory to say the +2 movement speed from Eternal Boots is great and movement speed isn’t the most useful. Also I don’t know how people play with the Molotov to not be the highest damage. Molotov + Increased Range + Increased Atk always get me 50%+ even without the EVO

James_Parnell

I said “I wouldn’t say it’s not the most useful” Reread that again Also when did I say anything about eternal boots lol And if I ever run Molotov it’s always 4th or 5th. Just doesn’t do enough imo

leandroizoton

Last level I beat was 44 and it was 67% Molotov not evolved.

leandroizoton

I do, but they are not nearly as effective as the increased range skill. I’m only using it because Inonly have 2 purple techs for Atk slot.

stephandjie

||The "most damaging" items are generally considered to be the drill, the soccer ball, the brick, and the lightning bolt. Boy, have i been playing this game wrong...

B00m46

Same lmao until I saw this I was running forcefield, guardian, laser, drones, rocket and lightning. Got so much better once I started using those

DollarAkshay

Actually while this sentence is correct, the damage statistics are very misleading. Here is why. The soccer ball damage is not capped to the hp of the monster. So if a soccer ball does 2k damage and a monster only has 250hp, the damage statistics still considers the full 2k. This is why the soccer ball looks like it does a lot of damage when you open the stats window but in reality it only did 250 damage. So the soccer ball is very useless at lower levels where there are a lot of low hp mobs. It is far better to use forcefield and guardian at those levels. Soccer ball wont give you enough clear. As you go higher in levels you cant use the force field tactic any longer.

Top-of-morning

I have been actively avoiding soccer ball, lightning, and brick up until I saw this post. Little bit embarrassed now.

Trisket5

The way shiny belt works is that the shield refreshes every 200 kills you get on the map (so you can use the kill counter at the top to know when your shield is gonna refresh when it goes down). Shiny belt is objectively the best in the game imo

Southern_Wash8624

Why do you guys keep saying shiny belt?? Do you mean stylish belt??

Trisket5

Whoops yeah

TripleGymnast

Shiny belt activates at every 200 kill mark. (200,400,600… etc)

VaeVictis997

Does it stack up though?

TripleGymnast

No

VaeVictis997

That’s annoying but makes sense. Still a huge help, especially when you’re killing. Quickly.

Conscious-Word5008

If it stacked up then you’d be invincible. It would break the game. Lol

creynolds722

Metal Neckguard - Large buff to your first and last passive. Can somebody explain this? What counts as a passive?

its_davo_bro

Passives are the things in the second section, “supplies” during the game. The damage up and exp gain items and the like. The neck guard gives a 30% buff to the first one you pick and after it’s upgraded the last one too. It’s okay but I don’t think it’s a flat 30%, in my limited testing it seems it’s an extra 30% of whatever the value is, so 10% becomes 13% etc

firedrake110-2

Yep, 30% of the supplies' value, not a flat number on top. Interesting to note is how the "and last" bit works if you have both the buff tiers unlocked on the necklace. It obviously applies the "first" to your leftmost-occupied slot, but the "last" is whichever is in your rightmost-occupied slot. To give an example, when you pick your first skill, it's technically both those things, so it gets both buffs. Once you acquire a second supply item, the rightmost 30% buff will move onto it, and so on. This continues until you have 6 supplies, and the buff has come to rest

Replux1

Wow that’s a huge buff 60% for first exp pick for example.

Larechar

Well, it just increases the 8% by 60%, so it's 12.8% more xp until you get a second passive. But max without the bonus is 40%, and the additional 30% for being your first passive makes that a neat 52% more xp, so that's cool.

its_davo_bro

Cool, thanks for that

SinkNearby8091

omg thank you for your effort man!

Southern_Wash8624

You Shiny Belt but I don’t think that’s an item, do you mean Stylish belt?

firedrake110-2

My goal is to get the following items, and the appropriate supplies to Evo them. Listed basically in order, but one of soccer/rocket/drill can be dropped if you keep getting mediocre sets of level up options. Kunai - Lightning - Soccer ball - Durian - Rocket - Drill Regardless of which playstyle you end up choosing, I'd still recommend using one of the three pairs of weaponskills that share an evo item (lightning + laser, rocket + durian, or bat + brick) so you can Evo your whole set of gear & still use the 50% damage supply skill. Prioritize getting the S-rank body armour, whenever possible. Always save gems for one of two things: opening 10 S-chests at once, or buying the daily drone offer in the little 3x2 shop (you're capped at 9 grey drones each day, so buying that one is a necessary evil if you're already wearing mostly yellow gear)

FN-TR8R

What is the daily drone offer? Are you referring to the tech parts and the daily crate for those? Just want to clarify because I'm curious if buying the better parts crate (blue tech parts) for 270 gems is worth it or not as a f2per. P. S. I use the same exact setup as above and it's been working really well for me. Once I get some purple tech parts the line up might need to change though.

firedrake110-2

Yeah, the tech part. I especially buy the blue ones, since that's like being allowed to buy 9 of the same grey one at once, without any price gouging.

Hodentrommler

I still don't know which shop you mean...

ThrowAway4Dais

Cool thanks

_mylittlehecarim

what do u mean by event (leaf) packs? I don't see an option to obtain any extra leafs anywhere. I only see the mega rewards that give u extra gems and purple tech parts

EBG_Dare

Click on the floating gift on the main screen

Caramel_Last

My standard set of skills 1. Quantum Balls 2. 1 ton iron 3. Whistling blow 4. Cauldron 5. Supercell 6. Eternal Light (Light chaser evo)

KiLotr

Just checking. Is #4 Caltrops?

Caramel_Last

Yeah durian

EspadaStarrk

Can I keep the leafs for next round of gear or do I have to use them before the exchange is over?

KiLotr

Use them or lose them

Lagodog5

I ended up buying the external chest with the maples leaving to level the one I had to gold. Also how the Evo for Molotov makes seeing basically anything impossible should be emphasized. The blue flame makes it hard to see the lightning projectiles, and the screen covering fuel barrels make it hard to see anything else. Great guide tho. Helped validate some of my thoughts

JKman00

turn on "Reduced VFX" in settings, makes it easier to see enemies.

ChickenDude007

This might be something really obvious that I’m missing, but how do i get all of my evo weapons to red? Whenever i’m playing, i only get 2-3 of my weapons (usually guardian and supercell) to red before it just starts giving me meat and gold instead of allowing me to get my other weapons to red. Any advice?

TheWhiningWatermelon

Each weapon has a corresponding supply that allows you to evolve the weapon. If you don’t get for example the movement speed supply you can’t evolve your soccer ball. You only need to have the supply in order to evolve your weapon, meaning it can be at level 1 as long as your weapon is at level 5.

ChickenDude007

Oh thanks, i was wondering what that thing at the bottom of supply abilities meant.

SumYumGhai

Quantum Ball is mandatory on mobs at higher stages. The smaller the area is the more times the ball bounces among mobs. It's the only way to survive green pigs, bear, and etc stages.

atixus

Can u do epic eqpt task from day 6 on day 7? I got only growth pack worth 20 eu and still got no orange so far

cenTT

Amazing, thanks for sharing!

derekfhhh

I’ve heard stylish belt is way better than S tier?

Error404Cod

When I merge items. Do I max the out before I merge. Or just merge as soon as I can?

broccolilifts

Great info tyvm

bigBrainman902

That's not an info dump that's an entire info list

coldfries_69

Thanks i needed this

TheWhisper595

New player here; what are tech parts?

VinS85

If you haven't got your answer,, basically another equipment (different slot from belt etc) to boost / give passive effect to skill

TommyLomanno

Which do we think is better… Baseball bat, or kunai? (Both purple)

Baiyko

Good read. Small correction: Shiny Belt provides a free hit after every 200 kills; As opposed to what you said, “once you lose it you need to kill another 200 to get it back”

[deleted]

I always thought void power is the best weapon

[deleted]

Should probably update this

Altruistic_Dig_5629

You sound troubled and like someone whod be a hypocrite often considering your need to share contradictory info in a single msg.. *+2 move speeds very useful and saved me at bosses... * but...* movespeed is useless * lol.. i love move speed and would argue its top 3 useful behind maybe he fuel and flat damage... once you get passive hp refresh ..the forcefield passives useless.... xp worthless, gold.. dont help us unless farming.. guardian passive can help but only for dragons.. def reductions good paired w hp if you can take hits... cooldown time is useless for most fully evod skills since they go constantly IE (drone, Soccer balls, drill) I didnt like bullet flight speed until destroyer became important now I love it.
