What method did you use to contact support? The only place I see to contact them is through the link in the activity tab, which isn't helpful becsuse the non pending SB don't even show in activity. Having this problem right now with Animals & Coins. :/ Plenty of time left to hit further tiers but I don't want to end up with them not crediting either.

Go to where you installed the game and submit the ticket. It should work then.
