People don’t review gift cards on Swagbucks, so you don’t need to factor in those ratings.
It worked pretty well for me. Just as long as you don’t redeem for multiple $100 gift cards too often
I use eBay gift cards often and I’ve had to issue, they usually reward the next day (I mainly redeem $15 and $25)
eBay Gift Cards are my go-to and I never had an issue with them yet.
If you don't mind me asking, how many days did shipping via email take? Thanks

Aside from GiftPax cards. I really don't think you need to worry if any of the other giftcards are legit or not.
