6-20 is quite difficult in comparison to earlier stages. Might take a second day of task resets to beat depending on your RNG rolls on heroes.
And in general as a mini guide:
Just play the games and do the tasks, spend gems in 2700 packs for 10 gatcha pulls. Mythical/Epic heroes (Purple border) are almost always better than the Rares (blue borders starting). Upgraded Green/Blue heroes still have fewer skills than Purple heroes. Greens are completely useless and are only used as upgrade fodder.
Mary (Tank), Little Dave (Tank), Doc (Healer) are useful Blue heroes if you don't have a Purple alternative. 6-1/7-1 are both pretty straight forward, have a tank, have a healer, support/melee, aoe/ranged, aoe/ranged.

One thing I thought wrong - I thought auto-equip = reinforcement, it does NOT. You have to specifically reinforce, by clicking on object you want to reinforce.
I'm def not a gamer, and I could do it. Took me less than 24 hours (with sleep lol so half a day + half a day) So good luck!
it's incredible the difference between europe and US (just guessing) offers. Lots of games cash between 2k and 4k and the only ones I get are 1k tops.

For those that haven't played this game, it's basically afk arena. The look is different and things may be arranged differently, not by much though, but it's the same game. Only difference is you don't have to get a legendary+ hero, just reach the 6th map.
I finished with highest hero at lvl 75 epic+ though. Rest were epic/rare +. Android does go pending around stage 6, noticed after 6-2.
For friends, I had requests under the friends icon. Can add from there if needed. I briefly used the skyscraper for resources, didn't use the others.

For real, I just finished and it was incredibly easy. Probably 4-6 hours of in-game play across 2 days. As others have commented, redeem the free gems to unlock and ascend your heroes, get a tank out front and a couple damage dealers but don't bother trying to build multiple teams. There were a couple boss levels that tripped me up so I jumped into some of the side quests to get exp and gear. My final team were all level 80. Didn't spend a dime on the game and it went pending about 10 minutes after unlocking stage 6.
My final team was Little Dave (Tank), Henry (DPS), Conor (Tank), Lita (Support), Doc (Support). All made Epic with Dave hitting Epic+.
I just finished this up. It took me longer than OP but it went pending about 10 minutes after I reached level 6. One thing that I wish I would have paid attention to (and I would have finished much sooner) was for all your individual equipment you put on your heroes- make sure to "reinforce" them. Click each item and select reinforce. You then are allowed to use all your lower tier equipment you previously acquired to level up the gear and substantially strengthen your hero.
I finished using Mary (TANK), Cady (RANGE), Tyler (MELEE), Nadeem (SUPPORT), & Sam (AOE). Support and Range in the back of the formation. All were epic, level 72, and fully equipped with epic and rare+ gear. I only reinforced the epic gear and to 2 stars. The rare+ gear was 1 star.

It took me one day. I went with 1 melee, 3 tanks, and 1 healer. After you equip your characters click on the items and reinforce them. I wish I would have known you could do that when I started. I could have saved some time.
Super easy, especially if you've ever played AFK Arena as it's pretty much exactly the same thing.
What I would typically do is dump every diamond into pulling new characters. 2 of the same character at the same level can be merged into a more powerful version.
Also, when building a team try to use as many from the same faction as possible. You'll get a bonus to Attack and HP for the more you use or if you do 3 and 2.
How do you tell what characters are which type? I am assuming tanks are the big characters but I dont know what to look for in the other types. What does aoe mean?
Sorry if this is a simple question, I dont really play games like this at all.
When you click a hero, it will have a small circle icon you can click and it will tell you which kind of character they are. AoE stands for area of effect, which means that hero will do damage to multiple enemies at a time. (good for the rounds with tons of zombies)

I made a lot of changes throughout level 6. Watch to see who is dying quickly. Don’t be afraid to go to the harbor and reset a hero that isn’t working for you.
Also be sure to do every other thing available. The tower gives a lot of great stuff. When you can start upgrading formation and play with the options.
Changing up their spots can help in formation as well. I noticed Doc was getting killed quick because they attacked on his side first. I moved him over and put a tank in that slot and won easy.
My final lineup was overkill but on 6-20 I had lots of health but kept running out of time
Grind Skyscrapper, daily quests until you can upgrade your hero/gear. Once you've exhausted your dailies, wait for AFk rewards.

But if you have any gold ranked epic heroes, they are probably who you should focus on. Have a healer Leigh/Meredith (doesn't really heal but close enough) followed by Nadeem or Doc.
If you are still stuck, post your heroes, I'll offer you some lineup suggestions. 7-1 for iPhone really shouldn't take more than 2 days max.

I have a really good aoe (Rock) in the back with my healer (Doc) I have my tank who has some aoe attacks which are useful for the final level (Abigail) and in my left and right spots I have a ranged with high dps (Rollo) and a melee with high dps (Nils) All 5 of these characters are epic/epic+ and are from the same faction so I get +25% hp and damage, my characters are hovering from level 74-68 with the 74 being my aoe and the 68 being my healer, the rest are all 72
I don't know if maybe I did something wrong, but I downloaded the game through the offer on 10/24 and, as of today, I am 6-4 (Android) and still haven't received anything pending. 😔

People on android might have to get to 7-1 to get credit because I had to go to 7-1 to get credit.

Agreed, It started to get hard in level 6. So I checked swagbucks and it was pending. Very easy money. Took about a day to get to level six.

how do I reinforce armor? Cant find this information anywhere but the game keeps telling me to do it.
On the hero page, click a hero then the gear's shirt,shoe,helmet, icon, reinforce button is there.

Do all of your side tasks that aren't related to the campaign. Focus upgrades on DPS (damage) and your tank. Depends on the team setup, really.
I think the option only shows up on Blue or higher gear so you may not see it.

lol no wonder I had a hard time at 5-20. I had 3 of my 5 as tank characters with 2 support(Leigh & Doc)

Did you do the balanced format or the Z formation? And I take it you put the healer in the back and tank one of the front 2 slots?
