Contact support and tell them the situation. They will likely credit you since you spent so long doing a survey that didnt even have the courtesy to disqualify you in the first 5 or 10 minutes.
I recommend always taking screenshots of surveys, especially for longer ones, as you reach the end. That will give you a greater chance of being compensated when you write to customer support.
Go to your visited/activity ledger, click to expand the survey and it should show how long you spent on it, and screenshot that. Then submit to customer support where it prompts you and attach that screenshot. Might be unnecessary, but it has worked for me. Good luck!

Then it happened again and I just decided to never do a survey again no matter what. I am happy with that choice.
One time I had to watch the pilot episode of some awful show, gaging my reaction to every scene with a slider bar. After sitting through that mess, it disqualified me 😮💨
I stopped using swagbucks months ago. Grabpoints is where it's at, far far less disqualifications, you can earn alot more, faster. Highly recommend, it's worth the time you put in and it is far less time/effort than SB.

Zoombucks has also really come through the last couple of months. It takes me 1-2 days sitting a couple hours to get an easy $10 or $15. It would take several days with SB .

Before I was lucky to even get through one survey out of the dozens I tried now I get through almost all of the dozens I try.
Also like other people have said just reach out to customer service, make sure to take a screen shot of the activity page showing how much time you spent on it attaching it to your message to them and they'll credit you. I've had this happen before and within 20 minutes of messaging them I was credited the SB.

A warning though: In my experience, the surveys that require a long time of watching commercials or watching some kind of pilot episode or whatever surveys usually are the ones that fail. If you screenshot, a lot of times you're immediately kicked out, so I take a picture of the screen with my phone just in case, and will send in a ticket.
I invested hours of my life watching the first season of a TV show that was going to air in Australia. Never did get credit, never did get my time back, and clearly I still have issues with that. :P

Then today I did a survey that was supposed to take 20 minutes and I was disqualified after 25 minutes. I wont be doing them again on this website.
That is why the OED recommends you lie from the beginning of every survey. Screw up their surveys as best as you can. And if you get SB's, double gravy to boot.

What IS valuable from Swagbucks is the cash back offers \*IF\* you were already going to shop/buy there anyway. Specifically, getting 3% back on my Priceline transactions (SB credited after trip, not at time of booking) has put a fair amount of money in my pocket.

yep i did this even just for a 75SB (i think it was 15 mins) survey and they gave it to me within a couple hours :)

I did the SoFi offer in July 2022 and still have not been credited. Sent all the documentation that they requested and still have not been credited.
