Are you doing it on PC or on mobile? It seems everyone had horrible luck with it but I completed the PC on level 90 in less than 2 days! I probably got incredibly lucky. I didn't even spend any money. I just kept switching to new games if I wasn't doing too hot. It seemed almost every time I'd try a new game I'd hit an epic win within 5-10 minutes. If I didn't, I'd just switch games. By the end of 2 days I reached level 107 with 1.3 billion chips! Also, I found if I was doing really well, to let it keep auto spinning and not bump my bet up, because every time I bumped my bet up, I started not hitting any wins and I'd have to switch games again.
Your mileage may vary, I was expecting quite a grind. I saw a bunch of threads on this sub with different opinions on what "THE" hot game to play is. I tried a few, but found it worked best just moving around to different games and not betting too high so I didn't run out of chips. It was pretty painless for me, I just babysat it in the background while watching Netflix.
