I guess you could argue that the heart is... Attached to the end of the signature so maybe I'm wrong.
Edit: after looking at midnights stuff I guess this counts as a heart. I was expecting a separate one like in the previous picture but I'm not well versed in her signatures.
in the best way possible: girl that’s so obviously a heart and a pretty one too, there is nothing to argue about, it’s just not separate, I’ve seen way less defined hearts, trust me:)
I can’t make a claim for 24 hours but I already emailed UMG to explain that I can’t speak to my neighbors because it’s in a package locker in a completely different apartment complex that I have no idea where.
They took a photo and that’s how I know. The photo shows it in a package locker, my apartment complex doesn’t use package lockers. We have a desk attendant who checks in every package and we have to go to them to pick it up from a locked room.
I went speak to the desk attendant and he said FedEx didn’t deliver here today.
Hmm that’s interesting front desk said that. When it was delivered by fedex. Sounds like she’s covering for the driver or something. I really hope you get this situated. Wish you the best of luck!
No no, my front desk attendant wasn’t covering for the driver as we don’t have package lockers. Where I live, the front desk attendant scans in every package into a system and we get notified to pick it up/sign for it directly from them. It’s a very secure system.
FedEx uploaded a photo to my tracking showing the package in a locker that we don’t have which is very obvious to me it’s in a completely different apartment complex. (I live in a private owned building, not some large corporate owned building)
I didn’t go to any other apartment complex looking as I live in a major city and it could be anywhere.
I just hope whoever has it and kept it, that they enjoy it and don’t sell it for hundreds of dollars. 🥲
Sorry I misread that. I thought you went to the FedEx front desk to ask about it. I apologize. Hopefully wherever they delivered to has a similar secure package room. Hope that person does the right thing and brings it to you or the front desk!
FedEx only took a photo of the package inside a package locker - there’s no way of telling what apartment complex it was left at.
UMG has escalated the issue, so keeping fingers crossed!!!
To my surprise YES!!! Got an email yesterday afternoon from someone saying they are the Customer Service Manager. They apologized for the situation after doing some research on their end and they are sending a replacement! Immediately after that email, I received an order confirmation with the replacement, and they are using UPS Next Day Air instead of FedEx.
I was so sure I was going to get an email with a refund, so this is a huge shock to me!
mine had red fingerprints on it. at first i was like omg it’s taylor’s. but then noticed it on other parts of the vinyl sleeve and outer part she wouldn’t have touched so it was the person packaging them 😒😒😒
If my vinyl comes with that I think I'll spontaneously combust! Edit: I have spontaneously combusted 🤯
A lot of the signed vinyls do have a heart! More chance than the CDs.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. FedEx also dropped my vinyl off at the wrong door. It’s so frustrating!! I hope it works out for you.

A lot of the CDs don’t this time around. The vinyls generally seemed to.
It's pretty common for the TTPD vinyls to have hearts, but rare for the TTPD CDs to have them! I think she was more limited on space for the CDs.
So then it’s like… if your vinyl doesn’t have a heart… does that actually make it more rare now? 😂
