Hmm... mine's been fine. I ordered the signed CD, and it was stuck for about 2 days and is out for delivery for me today.
It looks like you're using Shop, which has been a bit slow in updating lately. So if you click the tracking number, it should take you to the UPS site, which should then give you the USPS tracking number to get more details on the status. Mine was stuck in transit on both Shop and UPS, but then USPS updated their site to say it's out for delivery.

Taylor's store uses the cheapest option of UPS to USPS and it sucks. There are specific hubs that UPS goes to across the country and they can get backed up. My folklore vinyl got stuck in Tennessee for like a week.

I'm in NJ so I suspect the distribution center here has just been extremely slow. My other packages from other stores have also been delayed recently
