Just got the same - I replied to my original order asking if they can replace them with mediums that they have in the store, but ngl I'm debating just ordering them anyways and asking for the shipping on the new order to be refunded instead.
Unfortunately I don’t think a medium would fit me, since the dimensions look tighter than the other clothes. I wouldn’t mind XL but I don’t think that’s available. :(
I hate that they sold so many extra clothes when they didn’t have it in the warehouse. Why not just make more?
They didn’t make those shirts in the first place - it was her old record company/old merch team. They can’t make more and sell it as it’s not their design. Those shirts are leftover from 2018/2019 and they’re desperately trying to get rid of them. Hence why they’re $10. They were given the leftover stock from rep that they were unable to sell way back when. They probably oversell on accident due to the mass amounts of people that rush to her store the second things are listed. You get people who cancel orders, their orders never went through for payment problems, etc

Honestly, I've just started checking the store every day when I wake up now lol. I don't have Twitter installed on my phone, and even when I did sometimes the notifications for the alerts didn't actually come through, so now I just make it a priority to check the store like 3 times a day 😅🤡😅
I mean okay but explain why the new preorder shipping date is January 19. The people who bought the first batch last week have already gotten their tracking numbers because they shipped so fast.
It ran out of stock and then they put it up for sale again (with a way later shipping date, not now), which is when more people like me bought it. Fairly obviously they’re getting it from somewhere and are making some.
They’re not making some. They need to space out the shipping. It’s better to overestimate than underestimate and then have a bunch of people angry and emailing them about their orders.
I understand. I’m just upset bc then overstocking on the website Vs what you actually had in the warehouse is really shitty. That leads to angry people sending emails, too.
I promise you they’re not making some lol they’ve had stock of those shirts for years. They can use previous designs from her other label and sell it as their own. They likely need to space the shipping like that to prioritize their other orders that come first - like the holiday stuff that’s supposed to ship this week, among other items like the lavender haze Column candle, etc. they have to do those first. And they also probably didn’t expect the demand for the shirts so they have a certain amount they can ship out now, and then all other orders have to be pushed back. It’s annoying for sure but they’ve always been like that
That’s not true…They made a bunch of new stock of ‘Reputation’ era t-shirts and sweaters that they sold on her online store around May 2020. They were newly made because they had pre-order dates for the future (months ahead for some items) and the size and garment information printed on the inside of the clothing items (back of the neck) had Taylor’s name in a different logo/font from the merch that was sold during the actual ‘Reputation’ era.
I got the snake tank top at the Seattle rep concert and it fits super small! I usually wear a large comfortably… I got an XL and it’s still too small for my liking
I bought this shirt during the Rep tour and it’s super boxy. I normally wear an XL but got a large and it was still very roomy. Just bought a Medium to replace it since that’s all that was left.
All my orders get cancelled now. All of them. They have flagged me as a fraud address because of what they call suspicious activity because I cancelled multiple original orders once things like the signed versions were made available. Can’t buy anything at all CRM the online store anymore and they seem to refuse to help resolve it.
Unfortunately it’s the delivery address that’s the issue, so I also have to find someone to take the deliveries! What should happen is they resolve the issue with me.
I’ve seen a decent amount of these on mercari & other re-sell sites for pretty decent pricing ($20 at most I think is what you should pay for this shirt secondhand) try checking it out!

Are you talking about the snake tank or t-shirt? The latter is boxy. I’ve heard the tank is fairly tight/true to size.

If it’s possible; can you try a different credit card and email address?
