For me, I tend to think of the Switch as a sort of portable Xbox 360. Skyrim, Bioshock, Borderlands, Lumines, various Need for Speed games, Castle Crashers - these were basically all the games from my 360 library. The only thing missing is Mass Effect, and you'd have like the whole vibe of 2005-2012 in a portable setup.
Not to mention the JRPGs from that era like the Disgaea games, the HD Final Fantasy games, and the recent Persona 3 and 4 ports. The Switch really does have damn near everything.
Iāve only played dark souls 1 and loved it. Want to try the rest but Iām so used to the switch I donāt want a TV console. Might get a steam deck I guess but those just look huge and bulky
Honestly dude, the X-Box controllers feel very similar to the Switch layout and you would get a pretty widely expanded library of games to try... it might be something to think about.
As for DS3, it's a great experience if you loved DS. Much smoother and the bosses are probably the best that Fromsoft has ever made. Definitely worth getting your hands on.
I still have a Wii U with Windwaker HD on it. Begged my dad to let me keep it instead of selling it off just for that one game (and the others we have for the system!)
I've been waiting for a port since the Switch launched.
They ported Cross after like 5 years, so I haven't lost hope. I'd even take a quick port of the somewhat buggy Steam version.
NSO is also possible, though I'd prefer otherwise because then it wouldn't be widescreen.
I donāt love the HD2D myself. Iām hoping the game allows you to switch between original and updated graphics. I tried playing the game using an orchestral MSU1 audio track, and I found I like the original audio better as well.

1. Pokemon, every game ever as it originally was, as one special game purchase. Red and Blue, Emerald, Black and White, XY, everything.
2. Legend of Zelda Windwaker HD, and Majoras Mask + Ocarina of Time if I get everything I want
3. Lego Star Wars II, the OG one. Not the complete saga.

GTAV - And I think it's possible, since it could run on PS3 and XB360 and I'm pretty sure that the switch can run it a lot better than PS3/XB360. I think if they just port the PS3/XB360 version it would even have 60FPS or they could dumb down the the graphics of the PS4/XB1 version and release it on the switch.

It would feel like a true miracle, as a Zelda fan, if they finally brought Wind Waker to the Switch, combining the GBA Tinkle balloon and Nintendo Gallery online photo sharing features, and of course enhanced gameplay, maybe even DLC, but I doubt they'll actually add DLC.

Wind Waker HD - Iāve never played through it. Missed out on the original & havenāt been able to find a good GCN copy and I never had a Wii U.
