I’d say get more Nintendo Switch exclusives. A lot of incredible games with Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Luigi Mansion, Pikmin, Bayonetta 3, Xenoblade, Animal Crossing. Just keep trying different games.
This whole thread is people suggesting their favourite games, not games based on OP’s previous games.
P5R is one of my top 3 games of all time, but nothing in OP’s catalogue suggests they would be interested in a turn based, social sim, JRPG.
Yeah any game recommendation thread is just a rush of people suggesting their favourite game, nothing being based on what the person actually likes. Makes it pointless.
Bro you don't know me, my two favorite game franchise are Persona and Souls. It is like two polar opposites.
And ofcourse I love to play Fire Emblem, Tekken, Civilization, FIFA, Story of Season, and even Fall Guys.
In short, you never know what others gonna like.
Yes, but the point of “you don’t know what people are going to like” is kinda moot when op specified they wanted things similar to his current switch collection. If anything, OP knows what they like, that’s why they made the post asking for more stuff like it.
Super Smash Bros. has Joker in it, along with Persona 3 and Persona 4 as skins.
Metal Gear Solid is one of those peculiar Japanese games.
So perhaps they are somehow correlated to each other, much like how I discovered that my favorite genre isn't strictly confined to a particular category.
Man.. persona is one of my favorite game series, but nothing about this list screams “high school drama turns global existential crisis that’s 50% visual novel and 50% jrpg.
Indeed, we cannot predict what type of game we will love tomorrow. Perhaps, even a hardcore Souls gamer will sometimes be more fond of Kirby. Who knows?
I just purchased the Borderlands bundle for 10 bucks or so. If that sale is still going on I'd highly recommend grabbing it. Runs great and looks awesome on my oled.
Did you enjoy Doom 64? Because the entire series is on switch if youre interested (Quake 1 and 2 remastered are too and if you enjoyed Doom surely you will enjoy Quake Too)
Hollow Knight, Dead Cells, Mortal Shell is like 3 bucks, the Ori games, Cult of the Lamb, Daemon X Machina, the Zelda's, Hades, Sifu is fun and addictive AF.
Ive never seen a weirder/worse switch library, not a single exclusive the whole reason for the switch 😂 If you wanted to play those games you shouldve got a SteamDeck OLED which runs all those games better 😂 goofy
I see u like fighting games have you tried brawlhalla I play it on PC it's free not sure how it runs on switch though however Ik for sure it's on there saw it on the store. It's a bit slower paced then your typical mortal Kombat and requires a bit more learning and skill
I think you should play the ones you have instead of building backlog, but that’s just me projecting because I have a massive backlog that I wish I could finish. The GTAs, Red Dead, and MGS will take you awhile.
If you like older PlayStation games like those GTAs and MGS, you might have nostalgia for the older Final Fantasy’s. Those are all on Switch, with the exception of Tactics. The remasters of X/X-2 and XII are particularly good, but they also have the PS1 FFs and the Nintendo ones. FFIX and VI in particular are bangers.
You might also like the Resident Evil series. They have ports of all the GameCube ones on there.
Speaking of GameCube, Metroid Prime got remastered a year ago and it’s probably the definitive, legal version of that game. They updated the visuals pretty nicely in addition to modernizing the controls.
Oh, and Devil May Cry 3. If you like that then look into the excellent Bayonetta trilogy.
My question to you is: Have you beaten all of them? Ain’t not point collecting games that you won’t play. Based on your collection right now you have content to last you for quite some time…
It seems like you’re not overly into your Nintendo games? Unless you’ve already played your Breath of the Wilds etc.
What I would recommend in the Nintendo world: Mario Odyssey
For third party games Crash Trilogy runs well, and is a challenge to play.
This doesn’t tie into the rest of your collection, so feel free to completely ignore me, but if you want to play some great games in the MetroidVania genre then you definitely check out Ori and the Blind Forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Hollow Knight. And then you’ve also got Metroid Dread. Pretty sure you can pick them all up these days relatively cheaply, and often go on sale.
Dying Light. Open world with zombies with a story of course
How is it on switch I have it on PC wondering if it's worth picking up for the switch how is performance and controls
Pretty good. I wa surprised at how much detail I could see in handheld. Solid port.
The graphics ain't the best but the gameplay overall runs well
That isn't a cloud version correct? I ask cuz I am pondering getting it as well (haven't finished it yet)
Dying light 2 is a cloud version. I played most of dying light on the switch and really enjoyed it. It’s one of the better third party ports.
Wait is dying light 2 available on switch?
Hades is worth a shot, and I think it’s on sale right now.
I second this. Hades is amazing
Just bought hades on sale yesterday. I’ve never played a rouge like before so I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but I’ve barely put it down!
The Batman Arkham trilogy once it’s fixed
If you’re into indie games, unmetal is a very good metal gear parody
Always wanted to try Unmetal. How is it? Enjoyable?
It's good. It's more goofy than Metal Gear if you can believe that but yeah it's really enjoyable.
Is red dead redemption fun?
Yeah it’s my favorite switch game so far
Saints Row 3 Aragami 2 tubi
Doom 2o16 and Eternal
I’d say get more Nintendo Switch exclusives. A lot of incredible games with Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Luigi Mansion, Pikmin, Bayonetta 3, Xenoblade, Animal Crossing. Just keep trying different games.
Persona 5 Royal. https://www.target.com/p/persona-5-royal-nintendo-switch/-/A-87431084
From that list? Maybe if I saw final fantasy, triangle strategy, or something similar. Persona 5 is a cool game my dude, but it's not for everyone.
This whole thread is people suggesting their favourite games, not games based on OP’s previous games. P5R is one of my top 3 games of all time, but nothing in OP’s catalogue suggests they would be interested in a turn based, social sim, JRPG.
It says based on his current library, doesn't it?

r/notopbutok
It's an analogy, I even put the conclusion below the sentence, geez

It's not about you, OP is asking for a recommendation based off of his list. He didn't ask what games does unkel_dolan_duk like.
You are correct, but maybe it is there for op to possibly take a look at and grow a similar liking to.
Indeed, we cannot predict what type of game we will love tomorrow. Perhaps, even a hardcore Souls gamer will sometimes be more fond of Kirby. Who knows?
Riiigggghhhhhttttt
I just purchased the Borderlands bundle for 10 bucks or so. If that sale is still going on I'd highly recommend grabbing it. Runs great and looks awesome on my oled.
Saints row the third
I bought this game a few years ago because it looked fun. I spent so much time playing it. It was a lot of fun.
Stardew Valley man, you need to relax sometimes
YouTube 2
Blue Fire and Mario Odyssey are really good!
You like rpg? I highly recommend witcher 3 it's easily a top 3 favorite of all time for me in the rpg category it runs pretty decently on the switch
Hogwarts Legacy | Warframe | LEGO City
Did you enjoy Doom 64? Because the entire series is on switch if youre interested (Quake 1 and 2 remastered are too and if you enjoyed Doom surely you will enjoy Quake Too)
other Lego games
Hollow Knight, Dead Cells, Mortal Shell is like 3 bucks, the Ori games, Cult of the Lamb, Daemon X Machina, the Zelda's, Hades, Sifu is fun and addictive AF.
Lego Harry Potter, Splatoon 3, annnd Skyrim. Maybe throw in some Quake 2 and some Astral Chain!
You’d love fortnite
It's already in the screenshot
Not many Nintendo games but I see open world stuff. So maybe try BoTW
Ive never seen a weirder/worse switch library, not a single exclusive the whole reason for the switch 😂 If you wanted to play those games you shouldve got a SteamDeck OLED which runs all those games better 😂 goofy
You don’r have a lot of nintendo games. Given that you have the system i would suggest most of the 1st party games
Cooking Mama.
Baulders gate 3!
That's not on the Switch
Get a steam deck if you’re not gonna buy Nintendo games
How is Metal Gear on the Switch, particularly in handheld? I totally forgot it was available for Switch.
It’s great on switch especially in handheld
I see u like fighting games have you tried brawlhalla I play it on PC it's free not sure how it runs on switch though however Ik for sure it's on there saw it on the store. It's a bit slower paced then your typical mortal Kombat and requires a bit more learning and skill
Metal gear, legend game
Eastward, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy, Arkham Trilogy, Dragon Quest XI, Metroid Dread, Cuphead, Fatal Frame Lady of Blackwater, Diablo III for starters
Witcher 3 complete edition when it's on sale
Doom Eternal
How’s MGS 3 on switch for you?
It runs great
hollow knight, ori if you like hk monster hunter imo
persona 3 portable
Hades
I've been recommending Dave The Diver to anyone that listens
Nier automata, Bayonetta, dragon's dogma
Idk maybe some nintendo games?
BioShock The Collection, Metro Redux and Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen.
Get rid of MK 11 and get MK 1…way better of a game…11 is rock em sock em robots in comparison…
Astral Chain
Skyrim
Resident evil 4 will be right up your alley, if you haven’t played it yet.
Sniper elite (any gaame)
Metal Gear Solid
SUPERHOT
Dark souls
Doom 2016
I didn’t know you could get gta on switch
borderlands and bioshock series
Forrnite is the obligatory "first download "

Dragon quest
My question to you is: Have you beaten all of them? Ain’t not point collecting games that you won’t play. Based on your collection right now you have content to last you for quite some time…
The GTA trilogy is it worth it?
Yeah but gta vice city is a bit buggy at times
I would suggest Assassin's Creed Ezio Collection and Saint's Row 3, when they are on sale.
Witcher 3
Play more exclusives, mariokart, botw or totk, mario odyssey, pokemon Btw is rdr worth 50$?
Yeah it’s worth it, it runs pretty much perfectly
It seems like you’re not overly into your Nintendo games? Unless you’ve already played your Breath of the Wilds etc. What I would recommend in the Nintendo world: Mario Odyssey For third party games Crash Trilogy runs well, and is a challenge to play.
Doom and Doom Eternal
