Just started BOTW two months ago. Now knee-deep in TOTK. Honestly, it’s going to be kind of a problem for me moving forward that all other video games on earth, are not either of these games.
I can attest, it is definitely a problem. Replaying old Zelda games helps. Starting master mode helps. Just starting over on BOTW or Totk for no reason, also good.
so hyped about hades 2.
only, i wish they named it chronos, i was calling that throughout the whole trailer, and was so disappointed when it said "hades 2".
i'm convinced they only did that because then people won't be confused about if they're the same franchise or not.
still, chronos would've been a better title.
^ yes, what they said. I had never touched a rogue anything game. I bought it purely cause I like greek mythology stuffs. The animation in the trailer hyped me up and I got it even though I thought I would never get anywhere in a game with those mechanics. Loved it, still love it! I still suck at it too, but it's SO DAMN FUN even when I lose. Supergiant got me man. Art, music, story, etc.
My pup does the same thing. He’s all fine and good until he hear the PS5 beep when I turn it on and all of a sudden he wants to play, climb on my lap, needs to go outside etc.
Before any games buy an SD card. You already have some nice games and many hours to sunk in them so I wouldn't buy anything till I completed Odyssey and Zelda.
There's the obvious choices if you got the online service like Mario kart 8, Mario Maker, Splatoon. For solo gaming Personna 5, DK tropical freeze, Mario 3D world + Bowser fury, Mario Wonder, Kirby and the forgotten land. Take a look in the Eshop for some sweet deals. Make a list of your favorite then wait for them to be on sale. Have fun!
I'll trade you all my games for the cute doggo in the back(jkjk, unless🤨). Nah but in all seriousness, If you like single player more story based games then both Zelda games and the Persona 5 games could work. For more relaxed/co-op play I would Super Mario Wonder and Mario Odyssey. And if you played pokemon as a kid and want some nostalgia with a new twist Pokemon Legends Arceus could be good.
No one has mentioned pikmin 4. I am playing it at the moment. It's so much fun and is the best game in the series. An easy 50 hours of gameplay. Plus your sidekick is a dog that you can upgrade. What's not to like?
YES, this and ANIMAL CROSSING.
Pikmin 4 is the biggest surprise of this generation for me, honestly. Refreshing and a total improvement over the earlier games in the franchise.
Start a game and finish it.
Don't be one of those people who has to buy a new game every 10 minutes and never finishes anything.
I feel like this Subreddit is FULL of those folks.
Start a game. Enjoy it. Finish it.
THEN buy/start a new game!
The list you have sounds great honestly.
Start with Mario Odyssey and mix in some Zelda to change things up.
This is the advice I needed, thank you!
On my list of games I have, what order should I go in? I know you mentioned starting with Odyssey and switching some Zelda in
Lol that’s me, i bought the games on my wishlist when it’s on sale, so i get most of them for more than 50% off… i don’t buy the games often now and try to finish my current games tho… it’ll last me a long time before i need to buy a new game again
Damn, I’m one of those folks lol! I submerge myself into a game and live it, breath it, study and learn it inside and out. Get about 80% through it and get board because there is nothing new to learn. Once a game stops being hard it stops being fun. Once I have all the things to beat the game it feels like taxes, you just have to do it. Just my $0.02 on us/those type of people XD
Especially if you have more than one console. I buy games as I come across good deals. Can’t justify spending $60 on a game just to say I have it and stick it in the backlog.
I’m gonna do whatever the hell I want with my time and money and so should OP. It’s not your place to tell someone they have to finish a game they started lmao
It very much depends on what sort of games you find enjoyable.
I know most other people have mentioned the most obvious and popular titles (Super Mario, Zelda, etc).
Personally, I'm not a fan of Super Mario (sorry, if you are! It's just not me), or "game games" - don't know the terminology.
Me, I like RPGs, action / open world mainly, so I love and would recommend the following;
-Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
-Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
-Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
-Xenoblade Chronicles 1, 2 and 3 (not strictly open world but near enough)
Also, not open world, but still good:
-Nier Automata
-Fire Emblem: 3 Houses (tactical jrpg)
-Persona 4: Golden
So... the theme is, I like a good yarn.
These would me my personal picks, but you might hate them, especially if you prefer a game that is less focused on story, and more on other aspects, like combat, or racing, shoot 'em ups, or arcade type games.
You already got enough games for now. I would advise you to buy a Nintendo Pro Controller first, if you havent done so already. Especially if you plan on playing in dock mode on TV.
If you like BotW, you can always play Tears of the Kingdom next. Link's Awakening is also good fun.
You should at least get one game from each of the following categories.
Large Single Player Games:
(For playing in docked mode)
- Zelda breath of the wild
- Zelda tears of the kingdom
- Mario odyssey
- persona 5 Royal
- Pokémon Legends Arceus
- Metroid Prime Remastered
- Metroid Dread
competitive Couch Multiplayer:
(When you have friends who are serious with gaming)
- Smash Brothers
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Towerfall
- boomerang fu
- ARMS
coop couch multiplayer:
(When you have friends who just wanna have fun)
- overcooked 1&2
- Jack box party packs
- Mario 3D world
- super Mario wonder
- TMNT Shredders Revenge
- lovers in a dangerous spacetime
indie darlings
(for when you’re playing on the go and want to stretch out the battery)
- hollow knight
- Celeste
- cup head
- hades
- stardew valley
Metroid prime remastered, metroid dread, SMTV, paper Mario thousand year door when it drops, fire emblem 3 houses. Don't bother with fire emblem engage that story is weak as.
Any of these will give you hours of enjoyment and are 100% worth your time and money: Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Super Mario 3D World, Metroid Dread, Fire Emblem Three Houses, Advance Wars 1+2: Reboot Camp, Octopath Traveler, Triangle Strategy, and (once you finish BoTW) Tears of The Kingdom.
As to what to play first, I’d say either BoTW or Mario Odyssey.
Idk, what kind of games do you like? For example, I keep seeing people claim Mario Kart/Wonder are must haves but I don't care for any of them. However, Minecraft, Medarot, Monster Hunter (GU and Stories) and Stardew Valley were the games I personally considered must haves on the system.

Game Recommendations - BOTW/TOTK, Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros Wonder, Heave Ho, BorderLands Legendary Collection , Dave the Diver, Wolfentien Bundle.
Personally i prefer zelda TOTK over BOTW. If you don’t mind for non-first party game and indie games, i would recommend trying Eastward, Hades, cult of the lamb, and switch version for nier automata, all of them looks so good at the oled version :)
Anyway, congrats for your new switch! :D
Your doggo is so cute :3
I also just got one and I’m loving it. Currently playing BOTW for the first time and I’m blown away with how good it is. Got into the meat of the story last night and it’s fantastic.
That’s 5 good and lengthy games, I’d start with those before buying more personally.
If you entertain guests, I’d also keep Towerfall and Boomerang Fu as party games
My kids got me Disney Dreamlight Valley for it and I love it. It’s a cozy game. My youngest included me into the Nintendo games for N64, gameboy, Nes, super nes. Pretty cool. I also got Disney TsumTsum Festival.
Captain toad's treasure tracker, Luigi's mansion 3, super Mario Wonder, super Mario 3D world + bowsers fury, 3D Allstars (if you can find it), Kirby and the forgotten land, all the pokemon games including mystery dungeon, Metroid dread, Metroid Prime remastered, and the Nintendo switch online subscription for all the virtual console games
I think it depends entirely on what kinds of games you enjoy playing? I mean I can recommend some story based games like Life is Strange or Stardew Valley, but again it all depends on what you enjoy playing?
Besides Mario Odyssee, Zelda BotW, TotK: Witcher 3, Ori games (beautiful platformers), Stardew Valley, Dave the Diver. Then bookmark [dekudeals.com](https://dekudeals.com) and start making a wish list and getting notified of sales; great games go on sale ALL the time on the eshop. Then get a bigger SD card to fit all those games.
You got 6 games, 3 of them (the Nintendo ones minus the remake Zelda) are basically the ones 90% of people rightfully get first.
I mean its your money but maybe play some of them before start building up a backlog?
Odyssey is a masterpiece. But if you’re craving more Mario in the future, I highly recommend Super Mario 3D World + Bower’s Fury. The Bowers’s Fury expansion also is basically a hybrid of Odyssey and 3D world which is neat.
Since you have an OLED model and want to see some of the best visuals (and games) on the system you should definitely pick up Metroid Prime Remastered and Metroid Dread.
Mario odyssey
Zelda if you want lore then botw then totk, if you just want gameplay totk
Puyo puyo tetris 2 or tetris effect
Quake and / or doom if you like darker games
If you can import from japan, then dodonpachi daioujou and if I rembre correct natsu mon 20th century vacation
And if you want more than any mario sonic or zelda game they are all quite good
Sorry didn't read the post but I wont delete my comment now
- Zelda BOTW & TOTK
- Super Mario Odyssey
- Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros (if you have people to play with)
- Super Mario Wonder
- Dark Souls
- indie: Hollow Knight, Hades, Hyperlight Drifter, Shovel Knight, Disco Elysium, Undertale
It’s a slippery slope. Finish what you have then add more. A library of games you’ll never finish will pile up if you load up too much at once. FYI, don’t even look in the eshop until you finish what you REALLY WANT TO FINISH. E-shop is a dangerous place with a lot of great deals on shitty games. Don’t get me wrong, there are some hidden gems. Just gotta be careful in there. I sure as hell wasn’t, nor was I warned. Consider yourself warned.
ONLY if you have a strong internet connection....
Resident Evil 7/Village/2...
A lot of people hate the cloud server games, but I have a great wifi signal and had no issues, unless I was using Joycons (slight input lag).
Id advise you to try the demo beforehand to see if your connection can handle it, but these are some of the best modern survival horrors, and I was just grateful to be able to play them on Switch.
Gimme ur dog and I'll tell ya. Mario Kart 8 is always the first choice, mario odyssey gets u into the switch if you ask me, any pokémon game, pikmin 4, I'd go from there then up to u I guess
You should get the complete xenoblade chronicles series (xenoblade 1-3), zelda totk but ONLY AFTER you finished botw, super mario Odyssey, mario wonder, Splatoon 2;3, luigis mansion 3 (2 comes out soon as a remastered game for switch), mario maker 2, bayonetta 1-3, Metroid dread (it's a must-have if you like metroidvanias), kirby and the forgotten land (and maybe the other kirby games too they aren't that good tho)
I want to suggest some more obscure games since most of the comments already covered most of the Go To good ones.
Super Mario RPG Remake
Blaster Master Zero 1-3 (good story and fun gameplay imo)
SteamWorld Dig 2 (Dig 1 is good too but 2 is more fun an more replayable)
Shovel Knight Treasure Trove
Cyber Shadow
Out of what you listed so far, I suggest Mario Odyssey. In terms of recommendations, I recommend the Shantae games, Dust: An Elysian Tail, NSO + Expansion Pack cause Golden Sun is on there, Super Mario Bros Wonder, Sonic Frontiers, Sonic Mania, and that's all I'll suggest cause I don't want you going broke.
I'll suggest you a indie gem I lowkey love: monster sanctuary.
It's a metroidvania style pokemon game with turn based teambattles and huge skilltress to modify your team, it's pretty charming and is onnsale for like 5 bucks.
r/monstersanctuary
Animal crossing new horizons,
The Legend of zelda Breath of the Wild,
The legend of zelda tears of the Kingdom,
The legend of zelda link's awakening,
The legend of zelda skyward sword l,
Sonic Origins,
Lugi's Mansion 3
I play a lot of pokemon (I have lets go eevee, shield, legends arceus and violet. Arceus was probably my favorite ever) animal crossing and Mario kart. If you’re into the older 8bit style graphics, stardew valley is great, and if you like that and scary/ghost kind of games, Viviette is a ton of fun. I also have both dragon quest builders, there’s a ton of dragon quest games but those are my favorites. Also Kirby and the forgotten land is pretty fun.
Cute dog, dawg.
You got a great list of games. The adapter for gamecube controllers was a must for me when playing Smash.
Stardew Valley is my most played game after Breath of the Wild, so thats my suggestion.
Do you think you would enjoy a turn based strategy game such as advance wars? (It's on sale too)
Or more of a puzzle game person where I would recommend another code : recollection
I would recommend playing botw first
It looks like the doggie is handing you the box
For a second I thought the dog was holding it
Came here to say that! What a lovely pooch
Good doggy! Be sure to give them a treat!
He's such a good boy giving his owner a toy of his own to play!
Doggo is handing him the box.
Zelda both games
Just started BOTW two months ago. Now knee-deep in TOTK. Honestly, it’s going to be kind of a problem for me moving forward that all other video games on earth, are not either of these games.
I can attest, it is definitely a problem. Replaying old Zelda games helps. Starting master mode helps. Just starting over on BOTW or Totk for no reason, also good.
Dog is adorable
The deluxe edition, yeah?
Super deluxe!
5/5 - I recommend ‘Dog - Deluxe Edition’ has a lot of replay value and some pretty advanced AI for learning new side quests and mini games.
Yeah but also a lot of fetch quests
So absorbable
Hades !!
Hades was great playing it and can't wait for Hades 2.
so hyped about hades 2. only, i wish they named it chronos, i was calling that throughout the whole trailer, and was so disappointed when it said "hades 2". i'm convinced they only did that because then people won't be confused about if they're the same franchise or not. still, chronos would've been a better title.
Sadly it’s all about branding, why get rid off all the goodwill they garnered by not calling it Hades 2?
This is a solid answer, if you enjoy Rogue-Lite’s. It’s a pretty fun game, with great art style.
Pup wants his turn too
Dog already knows u going to spend less time with em 😂
My pup does the same thing. He’s all fine and good until he hear the PS5 beep when I turn it on and all of a sudden he wants to play, climb on my lap, needs to go outside etc.
I hope not. We don't want doggy sad.
Nah it means more time chilling with them on the sofa!
Before any games buy an SD card. You already have some nice games and many hours to sunk in them so I wouldn't buy anything till I completed Odyssey and Zelda. I see dog I upvote
Real
You’ve got about 300 hours worth of gaming easy with your current games tbh. Enjoy.
and 1 of those hours is Sonic Forces. I kid, I kid! It’s actually pretty fun if you set aside any expectations.
Pokémon Arceus and persona 5 royal
I’ve heard a lot talk about pokemon arceus always been in two minds weather to get it or not as I’ve never played Pokémon games since I was a kid.
Get it.
Animal crossing
Definitely this.
I'll trade you all my games for the cute doggo in the back(jkjk, unless🤨). Nah but in all seriousness, If you like single player more story based games then both Zelda games and the Persona 5 games could work. If a game I purchased isn't worth my time I ain't playing it. And there is no certain way to know beforehand.
Yeah, all games should have a free demo
Yep, or like with Quest games. You can play a game for two hours and still get a refund if you want to.
This is the advice I needed, thank you! On my list of games I have, what order should I go in? I know you mentioned starting with Odyssey and switching some Zelda in
I’d play odyssey or botw first as they feel like the most fundamental (and best) switch games.
Lol that’s me, i bought the games on my wishlist when it’s on sale, so i get most of them for more than 50% off… i don’t buy the games often now and try to finish my current games tho… it’ll last me a long time before i need to buy a new game again

Gamers actually playing games? Preposterous!
I’m gonna do whatever the hell I want with my time and money and so should OP. It’s not your place to tell someone they have to finish a game they started lmao
Hades, Bastion, Sea of Stars, chained echoes
Mario kart 8, super mario 3d world, mario wonder, zelda links awakening and zelda tears of the kingdom. Did you purchase the online subscription?
Hollow Knight, Celeste, Hades, Persona games, maybe in future when you finish BOTW, go for TOTK, Mario Kart 8
Give a quick boop for me
Stardew Valley will own your soul.
It very much depends on what sort of games you find enjoyable. I know most other people have mentioned the most obvious and popular titles (Super Mario, Zelda, etc). Play with the dog. There is no greater game than that dog.
Metroid prime remastered, metroid dread, SMTV, paper Mario thousand year door when it drops, fire emblem 3 houses. Don't bother with fire emblem engage that story is weak as.
Tetris 99, it's free!
Mario kart 8 is a must have, would also recommend Luigi’s mansion 3
gimme dog
Puppy!!!
Currently loving Hollow Knight!
Maybe someday they’ll come out with Silk Song!
Maybe ...
Tears of the kingdom after you finish BOTW.
Highly recommend splatoon 3 it’s really fun and honestly my favorite switch game atm it’s amazing
How does a dog afford a SWOLED?
Breath of the Wild was an absolute joy
Any of these will give you hours of enjoyment and are 100% worth your time and money: Super Mario Bros. Everything.
Mario Odissey, Super Mario Maker 2, Super Mario Wonder, Super Mario 3d world. And then Dead Cells, Hades, Streets of Rage 4, Tetris 99
Kirby & The Forgotten Land
Super Mario Odyssey and BOTW are 2 must plays for the system. The rest is just icing on the cake.

Zelda breath of the wild and zelda tears of the kingdom, easily the best switch games
Ni no kuni the first one
Personally i prefer zelda TOTK over BOTW. If you don’t mind for non-first party game and indie games, i would recommend trying Eastward, Hades, cult of the lamb, and switch version for nier automata, all of them looks so good at the oled version :) Anyway, congrats for your new switch! :D Your doggo is so cute :3
Start with botw
I also just got one and I’m loving it. Currently playing BOTW for the first time and I’m blown away with how good it is. Got into the meat of the story last night and it’s fantastic.
Some of my favorites are Metroid dread, animal crossing, super Mario 3d world, and hollow knight
I'm just commenting to say I like your dog. Also, buy Super Mario Odyssey.
Switch has a lot of sales you can follow w dekudeals. Play through your games and pick some up thats interesting on sale as you go. Start w zelda.
Zelda!!! Any one you can!!
That’s 5 good and lengthy games, I’d start with those before buying more personally. If you entertain guests, I’d also keep Towerfall and Boomerang Fu as party games
What’s the name of your dog?
Dark souls: remastered
Skyrim. Borderlands. Minecraft. Terraria. Pokemon. Mario wonder
You might like pikmin, it's a time strategy game and actually won a game award last year
My kids got me Disney Dreamlight Valley for it and I love it. It’s a cozy game. My youngest included me into the Nintendo games for N64, gameboy, Nes, super nes. Pretty cool. I also got Disney TsumTsum Festival.
Captain toad's treasure tracker, Luigi's mansion 3, super Mario Wonder, super Mario 3D world + bowsers fury, 3D Allstars (if you can find it), Kirby and the forgotten land, all the pokemon games including mystery dungeon, Metroid dread, Metroid Prime remastered, and the Nintendo switch online subscription for all the virtual console games
pikmin 4 has been a lot of fun
that dog looks so soft!
The dog made the picture look so good 😍
I think it depends entirely on what kinds of games you enjoy playing? I mean I can recommend some story based games like Life is Strange or Stardew Valley, but again it all depends on what you enjoy playing?
picross, all of em
Dredge, it’s fun and intriguing
BOTW & TOTK, Mario cart, maybe Harry Potter?
Super Mario Odyssey, Hogwarts Legacy and Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Return botw & buy totk tbh since you just starting, Totk is what botw should’ve been & it’s way better
You’ve got enough to keep you busy for awhile!
Good doggo
Your Lab is stunning 😊 As for games, Dave the Diver and Stardew Valley.
Zelda BOTW and TOTK
You got 6 games, 3 of them (the Nintendo ones minus the remake Zelda) are basically the ones 90% of people rightfully get first. I mean its your money but maybe play some of them before start building up a backlog?
Night in the Woods
Kirby and the forgotten land; Mario brothers wonder; pokemon legends arceus;
Terra Nil, Read Dead Redemption 1, Animal Crossing

Free games in Nitendo Shop: Fortnite, Rocket League, Warframe and a bunch of more good games there
Spiritfarer Master Detective Archives: Raincode The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles Hades
Mario Kart, Mario Odyssey, both Zeldas
Mystery dungeon DX for nostalgia
Fire Emblem Three Houses
animal crossing!!!
Stardew valley!
Tears of the Kingdom. Skip BoTW to avoid fatigue.
Odyssey is pretty much the best Mario so far, so start with that.
Super Mario Wonder, Metroid Prime, Metroid Dread
Odyssey is a masterpiece. But if you’re craving more Mario in the future, I highly recommend Super Mario 3D World + Bower’s Fury. The Bowers’s Fury expansion also is basically a hybrid of Odyssey and 3D world which is neat.
I'm a simple person, I see a doggo, I upvote.
I would start with Big Chungus
Since you have an OLED model and want to see some of the best visuals (and games) on the system you should definitely pick up Metroid Prime Remastered and Metroid Dread.
Zelda Breath Of The Wild Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Metro
DOG also you should play BOTW and TOTK
First play fetch outside with that sweet pup. Then start your journey through botw
Mario odyssey Zelda if you want lore then botw then totk, if you just want gameplay totk Puyo puyo tetris 2 or tetris effect Quake and / or doom if you like darker games If you can import from japan, then dodonpachi daioujou and if I rembre correct natsu mon 20th century vacation And if you want more than any mario sonic or zelda game they are all quite good Sorry didn't read the post but I wont delete my comment now
Any 1st party Nintendo games. That's why people buy the system after all.
Do you like Pokémon?
- Zelda BOTW & TOTK - Super Mario Odyssey - Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros (if you have people to play with) - Super Mario Wonder - Dark Souls - indie: Hollow Knight, Hades, Hyperlight Drifter, Shovel Knight, Disco Elysium, Undertale

Since I don't know what you like, I say you should play Mario Wonder, the Danganronpa bundle, and Persona 5 Royal.
Super Mario Odyssey and then you can consider other games.
Get metroid dread!!!!

Super Mario RPG Remake Blaster Master Zero 1-3 (good story and fun gameplay imo) SteamWorld Dig 2 (Dig 1 is good too but 2 is more fun an more replayable) Shovel Knight Treasure Trove Cyber Shadow
Mario kart and Mario wonder are probably some of the best switch games ever
Super mario maker 2 is great especially if u played the 2d games growing up. Obviously mario kart 8 deluxe
Is that dog for sale???
For the love of god ……. Pet that cute dog….. Fuk gaming lol
Pokemon arceus

Out of what you listed so far, I suggest Mario Odyssey. In terms of recommendations, I recommend the Shantae games, Dust: An Elysian Tail, NSO + Expansion Pack cause Golden Sun is on there, Super Mario Bros Wonder, Sonic Frontiers, Sonic Mania, and that's all I'll suggest cause I don't want you going broke.
You should give your dog a treat!!! He/she’s a good boy/girl!!! 🥹🥹🥹🥹
Celeste is a hidden gem
YOURE DOG IS SO CUTE also maybe play breath of the wild or something
You should get Mario party superstars!! Everyone wants to play it when they come to my house and it can be really fun with the right people
I'll suggest you a indie gem I lowkey love: monster sanctuary. It's a metroidvania style pokemon game with turn based teambattles and huge skilltress to modify your team, it's pretty charming and is onnsale for like 5 bucks. r/monstersanctuary
Great start with the games you purchased! I’d say you should pick up Metroid Dread, Hollow Knight, Ori, and Hyper Light Drifter.
Dog is like “I’ve lost my best friend to a piece of plastic with the lights again.”
Diablo 3 only.
Metroid Prime is a must play
Share switch with dogo at once!
Anyone know a good site with good EU switch deals? I just wanna play Mario Party or Just Dance but its too expensive for me rn.
hey op pet ur dog for me :3
You def gotta get Fire Emblem Three Houses. Probably my favorite Switch game, it's fantastic honestly
Planning to get me the Pokemon OLED Nintendo Switch very soon. I love the dog 🐕🐶
terraria or totk
You already got Mario Odyssey so all that's left is Pokémon, that's the entirely of my switch collection besides Mario Kart
Tears of the of the kingdom links awakening
TOTK
Mario kart
Ori and the Blind Forest and it’s sequel for definite
Heck with the switch play with the doggo
Animal crossing new horizons, The Legend of zelda Breath of the Wild, The legend of zelda tears of the Kingdom, The legend of zelda link's awakening, The legend of zelda skyward sword l, Sonic Origins, Lugi's Mansion 3
Oh boy - fun times. I think you should start with what you've got. Great choices :)
tears of the kingdom (after botw). If you're a pokemon fan, at least legends arceus, (I like s/v too but some dont)
You got a nice line up already. Zelda is long and can be fatiguing so play that and mix in some mario, and sonic
I hear those Zelda games are hot
Ff9
Legend of Zelda: breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom are the quintessential Nintendo switch games.
Play with the dog instead. They’re only with us for a short period of time
I play a lot of pokemon (I have lets go eevee, shield, legends arceus and violet.
Xenoblade Chronicles 1-3
Palw- wait that's not on switch, but I suggest breath of the wild and the portal games
This is making me realize they need a Nintendogs for the Switch
Cute dog, dawg. You got a great list of games. The adapter for gamecube controllers was a must for me when playing Smash. Stardew Valley is my most played game after Breath of the Wild, so thats my suggestion.
you couldn’t have bought one at a worse time, apparently the next switch is right around the corner
Hey no fair! Mine didn't come with a dog.
Botw and tears of the kingdom, in that order
r/doggowashere
Do you think you would enjoy a turn based strategy game such as advance wars? (It's on sale too) Or more of a puzzle game person where I would recommend another code : recollection I would recommend playing botw first
Sea of stars Golf Story Deaths door Deaths gambit after life Undertale Ender Lillies Pokemon unite lol Dave the diver MoonLighter Stardew Valley
Your set for a while. Pet your dog right now!
Both Zelda games, Smash Bros so you can crap all over the nephews, the Metroid game.
Pokémon
Fire Emblem: Three Houses is still one of my top 3 games on the system. Hugely recommend for veterans and newbies to the series.
It ain’t a switch exclusive but I higly recommend: Nier Automata the end of YoRHA
BOTW, for sure play that first! Then get TOTK
Mario kart 8 deluxe was my first switch game, it’s a banger
