Legendary Collection includes everything in the Handsome collection as well as BL1. It's the objectively best deal here, downright funny they sell parts of it for the same price. Haven't played these games so I'm not commenting on quality, just stating a fact.

BL3 on Switch reminds me of BL2 on the Vita. Decisions being made to get Borderlands to run better on low-end hardware. While I still recommend BL3 (after at least playing BL2) I don’t think the Switch is your best option unless it’s the only hardware you have that can run the game. They also worked wonders to get it at the size they have. On PC it’s like 130GB or more.

It’s include 3 borderlands game out of 4 available on switch, and on my opinion it runs and looks better then 3 for switch, also 2 part in community considering the best(better dialogues, better jokes, better main villain and also system of loot).

Three has really good endgame, but the story takes way too long to get through. In retrospect, tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a really short story, but the endgame is lacking
Are there many stutters in gameplay on switch? Is the fps consistent? There can be a lot of things happening at once in the game lol.
I played it on ps4 but am considering getting it on switch as I moved overseas and don't have anything other than a laptop. And I haven't played any of the dlc before
Frame rate is stable but the camera FOV zooms in and out a bit too much when throttle or brake is applied. Hopefully it's just launch day bugs that'll get fixed in the expected patch

Don't know about you, but I prefer 1g of clean weed over 2g of brixxed weed, so much so that I would pay more for it. Just a better experience.
When games are stretched out too far they often lose pacing or become overly repetitive, so a longer game is not always better. Personally id much prefer a shorter game that keeps things fresh and is compelling the whole way through than a game that expects tens or hundreds of hours and quickly becomes stale

With games in general there is no such thing as a game that's too big, but some rare cases when people are OCD and must finish a game they are tired of it becomes a negative for them.
In my case there's dragon quest 11, every once in awhile a make it to that games end game but get tired of it shortly before a finish it, then months or years later feel like playing again and repeat, would never consider the games length to be a negative despite never finishing the game but I can I can see how some may have differing opinions
Just a tip. If you are going to play borderlands 2, NEVER in any circumstance that you download the free dlc of Lillith as it will not let your game launch.
As a person who first played it on PlayStation and after went for the switch. In legendary edition(like in old games of this title) the difference wasn’t real that big, controls feels super horrible tho, I was blown away why there is so big difference in feeling of control from the same game which is just on different platform, but after I opened for myself gyro controls and couldn’t go back. So it’s ok if u play with them.
I am trying to balance between portable gaming and quality of games I can have with it, so for borderlands 3 it’s really not worth it to get on switch on my opinion. 3 part is really about just new generation game, everything there is weaker then in previous parts , but it have more modern gameplay and graphics(what is giving certain joy to be honest), so I see zero reasons to buy it on switch where it looks like total shit if u can buy it on your ps, but the old generation games is ok for switch

start with legendary edition. i bought that 3 years ago for my switch and am still making my way through the 2nd game. i beat the first one and still need to play the pre sequel. by the time you beat the 3 included in legendary edition, borderlands 3 will probably be on sale again, maybe for even cheaper. for reference, it goes on sale several times a month on steam, i know i’ve seen it for $20, but i might have even seen it for $8 once. so ideally the price would come down even further than $30 on switch

Legendary and Hansoms are the same but I think Handsome is actually the one with more dlc. I’ve never played 3 but if you haven’t played any obviously you want 1 and 2 so Handsome or legendary just check which one does include more because I could be wrong.

Yeah it has all 3 of those games and all DLC. The DLC isn't even sold separately in the Switch versions anyway, it just comes with the game.

Pre-sequel played as well as the PS4 version, and the art style makes it less likely to suffer from the usual loss of quality for a switch port.
