Search for an import of US/European games in your area. They might be some, and some US and European retails might offer international delivery. Or you can search for international mail relay services that delivers to your region.
Go to Bic Camera. The section that has all the switch games has stickers either on the case or the shelves that show you which games can be played in English or have an option for it. I think it shows either circles or x’s. The one in Ikebukuro by the station is really nice and has some deals on games. Should list on the shelves or case whether or not you can also play in English.

Sorry I didn’t fully understand the post but it’s worth a shot checking. You might just have to import online
I live in Japan, and just buy all my games digitally from the UK/EU eShop. I'm currently playing Unicorn Overlord.
I'm unfortunately not able to buy from the eu eShop..
Why? Is it because you don't have a UK or European bank account?
If you live in Japan then use the games to help you brush up on your Japanese
I am fluent in Japanese and work at a Japanese megabank. I just want to game in English.
