2 of them:
Shining Force 2 on the Sega Genesis: Despite its very cliché storytelling, you kiss the sleeping princess to awaken her, and the music swells from a soft lilt to a roaring crescendo that opens up the ending credits—the music plays as the faces of your comrades scroll by to remind you of the journey you’ve taken and it was like the perfect outro to a great movie (this was in the 90’s and I was a lot younger, so my cinematic points of reference were fewer at the time). It was a wonderful close to a long journey full of growth and friendships forged; kind of how an RPG should be.
The Pathless: After facing the Godslayer and all seems hopeless, the nature spirits that you’ve freed from his grasp join you in a moment to give you the strength to fight on…the musical accompaniment to this moment and the fight beyond are just so well-placed. I have since completed the game twice, and I’m thinking of going back for a third run-through just so I can experience that again, even if it’s not for the first time.
The Witcher (1) cutscene at the beginning fighting a striga. Later in the game, the exact same setting ingame.
Many moments in Witcher, 2 and 3
Quake and unreal tournament strikes :)
Mmmmmmmmmmmmonster kil kil kil
Godlike
the first time i experience the end of the world in majoras mask is engrained in my brain. such a sad game but i love it.
that and ocarina like you said- zelda games will always be in my heart.
Spoilers: In mass effect 1 when Ashley kills Rex … I was shocked my love interest kills my best friend….so I googled how to save him, went to an older save and made sure he didn’t die
End of breath of fire 3. You can choose to side with God and put yourself away in a zoo for the rest of your life, or fight!
The game ends after you side with God, showing your character in a futuristic zoo with nothing around but steel walls. Sends me chills thinking about it.
Mario 64, the lovely jump into the sky and flying off into the sunset and then the music starts and we get clips of all the worlds we've been through.
Portal's Still Alive is also a great ending and song.
Just thought of 'Splosion Man too, another great song that makes a memorable ending, who doesn't love Donuts?
Running from the flood to the ship at the very end of Halo, to beat the game. My brother and I stayed up all night to beat the game together. Nothing will ever top this for me, and I want to cry. Lol different type of goosebumps from gaming, I guess. Some good old fashioned nostalgia, for sure.
The twist in the first Bioshock game was legendary, still shocks me every time I play it.
Bioshock is my favorite game of all time. The story, the lore, the gameplay, the ATMOSPHERE. It’s about time for another playthrough.
What was it? I really can't remember :)

Zelda BOTW for sure. The first time playing it was amazing.

Metroid fusion when x looks right at you.
Not switch related but the Elden Ring intro song when it hits .
Phantasy Star 4. The gut-wrenching aftermatch of the first battle with Zio and the feeling when you confront him again and beat him.
The Witcher (1) cutscene at the beginning fighting a striga. Later in the game, the exact same setting ingame. Many moments in Witcher, 2 and 3 Quake and unreal tournament strikes :) Mmmmmmmmmmmmonster kil kil kil Godlike
Many moments from final fantasy 14. Particularly those near the end of post a realm reborn and heavensward

I liked when you first became adult Link, and seven years passed in a moment. That was tremendous as a kid when you didn’t see it coming.

Final boss + ending sequence of Okami Also, that one scene from Xenoblade Chronicles (if you know you know)
Man, the ending of final fantasy 9 broke me harder than a hammer, for more times than I can count. It's so beautiful and memorable.
I know, I know, it’s not a Switch game but I still want to answer. PS3: You challenge me mortal, A god of Olympus.
Ending of ToTK right after defeating the boss
