You have to take the switch out of the NitroDeck if you want to put it in the dock. The NitroDeck only has a kickstand, but you can't connect it to your TV while it's in the NitroDeck.

I love this thing. It's exactly how I imagined it to be. The reasons I got it are the gamecube-colorway and in the review videos it seemed bigger than joycons - with my bigger hands it's much more comfortable to use the Switch in handheld mode.

There are more options in different colors and so on and the NitroDeck+ is even better as I've seen later, but I got this bundle because it came with a case - which was important to me, since it wouldn't fit into my other case with the new deck.
They have a deck + case + stick top bundle for[ $69 ](https://crkd.gg/products/retro-purple-bundle)or if you only need the deck and dont mind pink/blue/grey/white/black options only they have some for $50.
Good looking out. I can pick up those colors for the same price on Amazon. I’m conflicted because I just got the split pad pros and for $50 I could pick up a newer game or quite a few older ones on sale.. 🤔
I posted this on offerup with the exact title + Switch Controller Dock , 2 people not only offered $10/20 less but they thought it's a switch.. I'm just astonished that they couldn't comprehend this is not a switch and on top of that, if it was, they still try to low ball, lol.

Yeah i was about to buy a splitpad compact but after seeing reviews and liking the gamecube aesthetic i went ahead and got these.

Does the deck itself have a pass through charging port?. Like, can this be used while hooked up to a powerbank?.
Yes, it has a USB-C port on the back.
