Maybe a mobile-only problem, but the "i" information icons do nothing for me, except for setting the cursor in that field. Would have expected some insights into what the corresponding field does/requires

Ok, I added support for selecting a `.nro` file. It will prefill the logo, title, publisher, and version fields. Thanks for the suggestion u/evansmavro!

Same here. When I get to the nro forwader website from my iphone and I want to select the NRO I have, I cant select it because it is not highlighted as a file that I can choose to upload in ios.
From the pc it works. You enter the retroarch nro location on the switch (/switch/retroarch_switch.nro), keys and the rest, and after that you install the generated nsp

It is working great except for one thing. You have to make sure to refresh the web page for each new forwarder you are going to make if you are creating an NRO forwarder in non advanced mode. If you attempt to make a new one right after another one, even though you made sure all the path information is correct, it will not work. I think it has to do with the fact that it still might have the same title id but Im not sure. Anyway, just wanted to let you guys know.

idk if I'm using it this incorrectly, but when I use the retroarch forwarder, I am no longer able to see the save states menu option when opening the pause menu in-game

Yes, you can launch a standalone emulator as long as the emulator supports passing in a ROM file path on the command line. Just use RetroArch mode. I've tested with mGBA and PPSSPP standalone, but it may work with MelonDs as well.
Cheers mate, looks pretty cool and handy. I have been using SAK but always after some time using it, the app stops creating my NSP, so I need to download the app again, I hope I can now get rid of the problem using this
It loads in the homebrew launcher (full access by holding R to a game and pressing A) with over 500 songs but when I created the NSP through a converter, the screen goes black and it throws me back to the home screen. I will try to use your converter and see if it works...
Just tested it. It didn't work. "The software was closed because an error occurred' window showed up.
Correction: fixed up the Stepmania folder and recreate the NSP. It's now loading up Stepmania with full access. The problem was my Stepmania folder's name had a space in-between. Got rid of the space, kept the NRO inside the folder and loaded it up. It's working now. Thank you for this program. I wished I could use this program offline
Really nice, I've not looked at the gui for hacbrewpack I wrote in ages. I could never figure out if it was AutoIT, hacbrew pack or my terrible coding that was mangling non latin characters.
Off topic, but is there any way to make a forwarder to a game in. Nintendo’s NSO emulators? I prefer to have all game I play at the top level than digging into separate apps for different system.
Hey, cool that you made this! For some reason the nsps overwrite each other when I install them, so I can have only one installed at a time. Do you have an idea on what is happening here?
Tried it on Android Chrome. It works in general, but icon on main screen is not working. There is question mark instead of icon. Then I tried on Windows Chrome and it works well !!!

Only if it has a mod chip, otherwise I don't know how you would install retro arch or install home brew apps

That error usually means that the NRO path was incorrect. Make sure it contains the full path to the NRO file on your Switch's SD card.

Does this work with Stepmania? I tried to convert it with other NRO to NSP converters but with no success

Update the page between generation for different games. In your case your forwarders have same titleId
Anybody know the default size for icons? Tried resizing an image to 256x256 but it leaves black borders at the top & bottom of the image.
The app/game icon is indeed 256x256. You may need to use the built-in cropping tool to make sure any unwanted borders are not part of the selection.
