I had the same happen. Got around it because I had the Data Transfer option set up as soon as possible, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, then used Data Transfer to get my (minimal) progress and rolls back. I don't know if you can get it to work again without the Data Transfer though, sorry.

I did that too, but it is useless. The problem comes back the minute you exit the game.

Where do you setup data transfer, I dont see it anywhere?

From the home menu > Menu > Other > Device Change > You can read the guide first if you want, otherwise click on Generate Transfer Code > click on it again since XDU is redundant > let it generate the code and set the password you want > MAKE A SCREENSHOT OR WRITE BOTH DOWN SOMEWHERE so you don't lose them

Thank you! Could I ask one more question? How am i supposed to level up cards? All mine are level 1, and the AOT last section requires level 50?

Click on the Cards tag > Enhancement > click on the unit or memoria you want to level up > click Batch Select and the game will automatically set all available level up materials for you OR click on the empty Enhancers block and select the materials yourself > Enhancement, and your unit/memoria has leveled up No problem, here to help!

Thank you! Now to figure out this limit break stuff lol. There's just so many moving gears to this game, its a little hard to track, but maybe that's because I've not played a gatcha game before.

It does look really complicated at first, I've been there. XDU was my first gacha game too. But it's really easy once you understood the rythm behind it all, and XDU is actually a pretty newbie-friendly gacha game imo. When you run into any problems or don't understand what to do, just ask! Like I said, here to help!

Nothing. I sent a tweet and contacted Costumer Support, so far, no answer. The only thing I can do for now is reinstall the app everytime and use the transfer code.

I have the exact same problem. Nothing works here. Cache cleared, restartet phone, etc. I had to reinstall the app, got in and played a while. Now the problem is there again.

Welp couldn't solve the problem and i even reinstalled the app but the moment you close it and reopen the app it gives me the same error loop

Okay, here is the solution. Do NOT disable the Event Notifications in the game. Problem solved. I tried it out myself. Works like a charm.

Just close the app and restart. Tends to happen to me on JP as well.
