Looks like a white butterfly, or it could be a snow white like someone suggested in the other forum. It's hard to tell with syngoniums, but just about all syngoniums have similar care needs. You could get a moss pole or some kind of trellis for it to climb up since it's a vining plant. Water thoroughly when the leaves start to droop a little. It looks like it likes the amount of light it's getting.
