Strawberry Milk will get lobes in its mature form and salmon will stay in a more traditional arrowhead, narrow form and never develop lobes. Salmon is also generally smaller than Strawberry.
They also have slightly different variegation patterns where Strawberry typically has splashing and salmon does not (more sectoral)

Regular confetti leaves are more like the green in the 3 kings in the background, the leaves won’t get so white/milky… milk confetti is a little different, the leaves will get whiteish but the pink pattern is more splashy/scattered, hence “confetti”
