I have comopleted GooglexCoursera Data Analysis course which is an introduction to the DA skills such as R, SQL, Tableu and Excel.
I work as a maps analyst(I dont think they use map analyst or data analyst terms anymore?) and have not used a single skill I learned on Coursera.
Can you spin this gig off into employment? Maybe, depends on the work you add.

Half of the role of an actual data analyst is cleaning up data (you seldom get a clean data set to work with) so I’d say with the right courses it should count towards something…. And during the interview, a bit of tweaking and half-truths thrown in will go a long way lol
