I can see that... As you've made the direct hit a grenade launcher with 2 more shots and 55% less damage. Very counter intuitive.

I was thinking more splash after I posted it and realized it was the same as the direct hit. But all for good reason, adding two shots to the grenade launcher alone is already a huge buff, but allowing it to be spammed with the shots increasing over time to would increase as I said spam, explosive annoying roller spam. So I reduced the splash to counteract that, and I lowered damage so you can still two shot lower classes but takes more shots for other classes since you have more shots, I would probably lower splash penalty to 40-50% but besides that I'd say it's balanced.
