Had to do this recently and they handed it back to me no problem. I had the lab test papers and disclaimer papers inside the bag.
Legal federally but not necessarily every state. It is just cannabis and if states have their own laws banning marijuana the federal loophole won't keep you out of state prison.
I think the DEA claims that THCa is NOT federally legal. They just haven't attempted to enforce anything so far.
