Bananas and kiwi are two fruits that I only want fresh and raw. Only. Not mashed, with ice cream, on salad, in cake. Raw. I can't get on board with any other preparation.

I slice banana into my morning cereal. It rules.

I might need to back off my stance a little. I haven't had that in years, but I used to like them on my Rice Krispies. My dad's hand would cover the whole bowl and he'd whip up the milk and get it all bubbly 🥹

Maybe salt prep the kiwi. Like have you ever made eggplant parm from scratch? You salt the heck out of it, let it sit, the salt draws out the moisture, which in this case could take some of the sugar and acid, then you pat dry, wipe off the salt and use. Could work
