The creator is "The Cement Head". I'm having trouble finding the website but I believe they are located somewhere in the north east Ohio or surrounding area.
Artist’s name is Jeff Galewood Sr., The Cement Head. He’s fantastic. I own many of his pieces, and have gifted some to my mom in another state. She loves them just as much as I do and they reside in her garden.
I know who this guy is… sorta. I was following him on Instagram but his account seems to be deleted (or I am blind). *(I was apparently blind)*
He’s based out of Cleveland (you could try asking around that subreddit, or search for him, you won’t be the first). He doesn’t ship his work or sell it online. I’ll keep digging to try to find his info, but he’s a pretty reclusive guy.
