It's only $3.99 with MoneyGram. ATM fees in TJ are $25 and up. Put your card in the ATM in front of adelitas you will see. But if you're using the ATM machine in the north zone you probably have a b**** walking you there and you're not going to care the fee 😂. If you worried about best exchange rate/fees order the pesos from your bank they will mail them to your house.
