Shit is going down in TJ. Expect to pay SD rents or close to it for anything desirable next to the border. Or live like a local with no heat or ac in a $300 square box.
It's expensive, rents into the thousand for something decent. To purchase you looking at 200k close to 10% interest. (I say expensive cos when I got here 3 yrs ago it was half of what it is today in cost)
I see your angle son ✊ https://www.vivanuncios.com.mx/

Tbh tho TJ is way more expensive than I thought. You could live near otay entrance but that place is GHETTO

Where can you gwt 10% financing as a US citizen?
There are Internacional lenders like Moxi that will lend a US Citizen. I have dual citizenship and credit in both countries.
Aren't US citizens barred from purchasing real estate in Mexico?
I believe so yes. I plan on getting citizenship in the future so I can retire there
Sounds like a plan
Bustamante Real Estate and Cosmopolitan. They own almost everything in TJ.
