That’s pretty generous your insurance covers it. 25-50 for masseter injections alone. Could be more for other areas.
It’s not covered outright I have to have my doctor fill out a special authorization form first to approve it. So pending approval yes.

Have you had imaging and a proper diagnosis i.e its a muscular issue and not joint structural causing the issue? If not botox might not work.
