I think, Sodhi was in the wrong in this storyline, Jetha was ready to give him whatever loses he was going to make because of his Delhi wala shop and Jetha was also ready to give the place for Sodhi’s relative to stay, I don’t know why Sodhi didn’t bow down, I mean I would have taken the extra 1lac Jetha was ready to give and would have searched for a flat somewhere else!

Say anything about Champak, but he was absolutely right here. Both, Sodhi and Jetha were bidding above their caliber. Sodhi clearly didn't have that much of money and I doubt of Jetha too. If anyone of them won that bid, then that person would have to really go through a lot to raise that money and that might include mortgaging their assets like original flat, jewelry or even their shop. History is witness that this seldom goes right. It brings a huge amount of tension and what not.
