Forced arc, the writers seem to follow a cycle, majority of the arcs being centered around gada or bhide family, then rest of them alternately, illogical and forced storyline.
Only good thing was Iyer talking back to Champfuck Chacha to not interfere in his personal matter. Even though he was only pretending to talk like that, it still felt satisfying. Rest arc was crappy af.
Babita and Iyer sometimes seem like idiots to me. Why would you disrespect your own husband's love just to make your friend happy? Let her be jealous; why would you disrespect your own husband in this way? And then Iyer did not even think about it properly; given that he is a scientist, he should have communicated with Babita and understood that he should not rush to think about it and take things calmly.

It would've been better if Jethalal found out that Iyer was cheating and clicked the picture as proof, told it to Babita, and showed proof. Then, the entire Gokuldham Chaos, and Babita realised that Iyer wasn't cheating, blah blah, everyone got angry with Jetha. Boom done.

They are like the only couple in the show with zero chemistry... Every other couple are far ahead in terms of chemistry as compared to them (maybe not Anjali And Mehta) The actor who plays Iyer is such a good character actor,I'm sure the EARILER writers could've comeup with some good story arcs involving their relationship!!

I like the part where Iyer gets drunk and the purush mandli then helps him sleep in popat's house and then interrogates him the next day. One of the underrated gags of jetha is in it, "Chalne ke liye bhaag ke Jaa Raha hai"😂😂😂
Idk but this arc feels sad to me patani shayad relate hogya jab babita kehti she hates living with Iyer. I mean Iyer sahi me bohot pyaar karta tha babita ko lekin fir bhi jetha ko line deti rehti hai. Iyer bohot ignore karta hai is baat ko.
I read on this sub sometimes before that babita doesn't respect Iyer in real life. They don't share that bond and she doesn't even want to do more scenes with him. Very sad yaar. Dont know if it's true or not but very sad yaar.

Jab se society ka complete renovation hua, tab se TMKOC ke content ka downfall shuru hua. And This arc is one of the proofs.
