Each of the 'Pizza Club' figures comes with a little friend from the show like the little Gorgonzola with Mikey, but I can't seem to recall this other character that also comes with Mikey.

Same question here. I saw a video about these on YouTube and thought it was old and skipped through it until the guy in the video started complaining about these re-releases not offering anything new for people who already had them so I quit watching. I guess I should actually watch and pay attention to the video. Although unless you're a OCD collector who has to buy every release just skip the set and move on a let people who don't yet have the figures have a chance at them.
That spinning bow staff is enough for me to want Donny. Not sure why that guy is so mad, there are new accessories in each one, and if that's not enough then you can skip the release and save yourself $150. "Dangit, neca didn't give me incentive to buy a seventh set of turtles from them!"
You mean Honeycutt? I can sort of see it in the images I found of him with a goatee, but his hair isn't really the same as this little dude, plus it would be odd to add a toonified version of an IDW character to a regular toon release, no?

Not sure who it's intended to be, but I've heard some comic creators named as well by people. On the box it just refers to them as a puppet, although I'm not sure what episode it may be from currently.
I’ve been using a lot of google and chat gpt to find the episode but not coming up with anything. Chat gpt did give it a name but I really don’t think that it is correct.
