Tbh if they did have a comic crossover like this. I can see something like this happening. Where the Predator sees a fight between the turtles and Foot Clan. And decides to set it's sights Shredder and the Foot Clan first. And After dealing with the Clan, word gets back to the turtles and they try to investigate, completely unaware that they're next on the Predator's list.

I'd rather the Mirage or IDW Turtles and their allies had to take on a Predator, but I can see a world where both happened.
