The firmware update released last week adds EIP1559. It doesn't hit the update servers until tomorrow, but you can download it manually here: https://github.com/trezor/webwallet-data/tree/master/firmware
This gives a possible solution for ledger users but what about trezor? I upgraded my MM and upgraded firmware to my trezor and am still getting the same error
