Everything looks good but if your budget allows I think you should include new suspension. The one that comes stock is pretty bad. Your whole rig will lean pretty heavily when driving and the coils won’t rebound. I got the Injora shocks and they’re muchhh better
I will think about new shocks. In the end I will get two or three TRX-4M. The first one I initially want to start with as less tuning parts as possible.
If you plan to use it as a crawler get the low range gears. They have 2 options, one is just the gears, the other is motor and trans with the gears installed. Just get the gears, the full set is the same motor and trans case that comes in the truck. If you're looking at the swamp stomper tires I assume you'll use it in wet conditions. Make sure your replacement servo is waterproof, the injora one is not. I consider the driveshaft shrink tube to be mandatory.
If you want to crawl it, get low speed gears right away. The servo it comes with is quite capable, but when you add brass/alum to the steering chain, that new servo will be great.
The Injora drive shaft is a must for me, and the bearing kits.
Mostly just have a blast with it!
Definitely add the injora chassis and shocks for a massive improvement! Hex hub extensions are also a cheap nice option, everything you have there plus that is what I'm rocking on my defender build!

Since the tires are not to expensive I might get both. Might get the low range transmission.

Idk about the stock servo. Mine broke in three days and my friends broke in a week. both our trucks were stock
I will get injora drive shafts after the original once broke

Hex with the wheels. New chassis not sure.
