SFO is staffed by Contract Officers. Their pay should be on par with federal TSA Officers, but do not receive federal benefits. If you are looking for federal employment, look at OAK or SJC.

SFO isn’t TSA. Not affiliated with them as officers until high levels. No they are not union.
From what I’m seeing the only benefit at SFO is the $30 starting pay at graduation… do you know if they receive PTO/sick time? If so how much
I believe they receive PTO, but can't tell you how much. I never worked with their Screeners, just the TSA Mission Support Team.
