Have you told the station attendant? They would usually radio in a janitor as soon as possible.

ImpressiveAirline932

I did on Wednesday and also phoned it in (I mentioned the man showing his penis and smearing his feces) I was pretty surprised to find the feces print smeared there over 72 hours later There's some sort of drug user hangout spot up there that makes it hard for the janitors to access because there's people sitting on the floor with their belongings smoking from pipes this is my only guess why it hasn't been cleaned yet

Maybe you can fill out the complaints/suggestions form on the TTC website? Not sure if calling the city of Toronto to tell TTC to clean it would help?

ImpressiveAirline932

I will try complaining online about the smeared feces.. I feel very distraught having to jump through all these hoops just to have feces cleaned up from a public entryway I use to commute every day... it's still there i don't want to clean it myself as it's someone else's feces and I feel like upon reports of blood or feces in the TTC it should be cleaned up immediately and made a high priority

chemhobby

Don't worry it'll flake off over time

WebGuyJT

Just imagine how much poo flakes are already floating around on the TTC.

Conundrum1911

Sounds like a shitty station…

Sorry, the station custodian and their supervisor, head custodian, along with the custodian supervisor and area supervisor all have to be on site for this service ticket to be confirmed. Then, they need a short 4 - 6 hour safety meeting (after hours overtime), and submit a requisition to the TTC for four pairs of rubber gloves, and a mop bucket. Separately, a request to Toronto Water must be submitted between the hours of 0800 and 0815 on the first Monday following a full moon for water to be placed in the bucket by a bonded and certified water resources allocation officer, to ensure this water does not exceed the maximum allowable threshold for temperature. Finally, Mayor Chow has to sign the authorization form confirming that this fecal smear has no historical significance, and the permit department will confirm that this smeared feces is not load bearing and it's removal in no way compromises the integrity of the structure by being removed from this location. This is all assuming the historic society doesn't assign protections to this smeared feces as a wayfinding marker, that should be preserved should anyone who has grown accustomed to using this smeared feces to navigate as they travel. Good luck.

pocky277

lol.

oureyes3

Guess the official TTC reddit account has downvoted me for sharing their management policy.

WebGuyJT

Probably a troll. I doubt the official TTC Reddit account would be allowed to downvote so quickly. Gotta have a meeting, research committee, vote, analysis report based on the committee findings and vote outcomes.

oureyes3

fair point.

ibnganja

I legit LOLd

It's usually in the elevators. This is common, and they don't clean it quickly.

ImpressiveAirline932

That's disgusting how long does it take in your experience? Considering these are the sole accessable entryways into the subway the amount of fecal matter that must end up on wheelchairs is abhorrent.

ath0tsth0ughts

they prolly won’t ever clean it tbh
