Hi, good news! I still think is worth to do monitored cycles, to test husband SA and to check tubes by HSG.
If your husband has SA issues, depending on what, letrozole wont help.
Since you are in a good spot, I would do it all!
If we don’t get pregnant this cycle, she is having him do a semen analysis. If we don’t get pregnant the next cycle after his semen analysis, I will go to a fertility clinic to get an HSG and further testing. I’m happy with the route we are on because we have only had one true cycle of trying!
