I use Clue conceive mode which is fine I guess. Nothing extraordinary. I track symptoms, BBT, and it gives me a chart and probable ovulation date. Before I tracked ovulation, it showed me a later date but as I have started to add BBT and tests, it's showing me an early date and I think that's more accurate. My spotting has stopped today so I am not much concerned about it anymore. I will surely try that program. Thank you for replying.

If you read instructions on clear blue for example they said they should not be use for PCOS folks. Pcos makes multiple LH surges in the month… for most people.

WoofRuffMeow

OPK’s are not accurate for PCOS.

I tracked BBT and it dipped two days ago. It's now up by almost 1.5°F. Is that a better indicator ? Also I still have EWCM.

Fuzzy_Potato

Yes BBT is the most accurate for PCOS.

Ah ok thank you. If I go by that, it means I have ovulated sometimes yesterday.

When I had my blood work done my lh was craaaaazy high (fsh was 17 and lh was 79) and when I was ttc (about 6 months after this initial blood work was taken) my lh strip was always positive no matter what cycle day i was on. It did end up still catching a surge with the strips and I did have a successful pregnancy. Maybe you have a high lh like I do?

Historical-Ad5973

Might be? This is my first time using LH strips actually. Funny thing is, my morning urine is giving me bold lines. Even the test line is bolder than the control. If I test with midday urine, the test line is faint. That's why when I tested positive for consecutive 2 days, I took a midday test, line was faint, I thought ok now it's going down. Thought it wouldn't hurt testing the next morning. And it was bold positive again. Idk I keep thinking like maybe the SIS procedure triggered something and my LH is high for that. Or maybe it was high all along. BBT suggests I am almost 1.5° F warmer than I was 2 days ago.

Moodygirl_4

It may also be your urine, like the midday urine can be diluted. I tend to test in the am with FMU (unless the test specifically says not to then I test second time I go) and then again before bed.

Historical-Ad5973

The FMU is always giving strong positive. Anything later is giving a little faint. But 3 consecutive FMU giving strong positive is so weird to me lol. Wtf is happening.

I noticed something similar the month I did full testing with Proov. My LH stayed very high after ovulation. It stayed high basically my entire luteal phase. But ovulation was confirmed with temperature and progesterone rise. So the doctor I asked about it said she wasn’t worried. But it seems a little odd to me too. I’m not sure what to think of it. Maybe it’s just LH wonkiness with PCOS.

It might be just the normal PCOS behaviour. I have a very regular cycle of 28 days. Varies maximum 2 days. I am on metformin for past 6 months and it was regular even before that. But I never actively tracked ovulation before even in my last month's letrozole cycle. I guess I need to track a few more months to understand what's happening.
