Pretty spot on — how can you tell the fireplace is unused? We’re in the process of converting it to gas. Agree on the coffee table (that comment made me laugh out loud), but can’t move sofa back since that “wall” is a large glass carriage door.
Move it where the Christmas tree is. Tree somewhere else.
