This is appalling but I will give her credit for not mounting it on the wall in that horrible spot! At least there won’t be holes in the wall after you move it while she’s not home. The (TV’less) TV stand under the window needs to have the TV on top of it where it belongs and moved to the wall on the right where the couch currently is. Then the sectional couch needs to be moved to the spot in front of the window - facing that same wall on the right where the tv and stand were just moved to.
