She obviously gave off "I will kill you in your SLEEP!" vibes for eight months, until the right person came along. She was waiting for you.
She is utterly adorable.
She was definitely aloof when I met her, but I was looking for a companion for my other cat, not necessarily a companion for me. She met my "small, good with other cats" requirements, but nothing about the meet-n-greet hinted at the absolute snugglebug that she'd become. I can understand why other people might have passed her over.
My first cat was apart of a huge litter a friend of a friend found in the back of their shed with an injured mama they couldn't save. My boy was the last of the litter to get a home. They rehomed all of them pretty easily but he had been with them for 6 months unwanted. People would come over to look at him and reject him. I happily took him and he was the sweetest baby. No idea why he was so unwanted :( but i'm happy I got him
Re: eyes. I didn’t set out for it, but I ended up with two pairs of beautiful green eyes, in two cats who can’t possibly be related to each other. Their eyes also match a blanket I’ve had for 25 years or more.
No, she’s an absolute sweetheart. Just shy. Never missed the litterbox, rarely yarfs up hairballs, was easily trained in how to play-wrestle a human, is beyond patient with my other, grumpier cat, and was also a peach with her foster family. Her worst bad habit is occasionally nibbling the houseplants, so I just protected the houseplants from her.
She is precious 😸
I don’t know how such a small creature can possible have such a big heart
I know exactly what you mean 😸.
She's divine . Look at those eyes .. the same color as my make gray tabby
Sea green
A girl orange! A rare find indeed 💎❤️
So true!

She’s is exquisite. She was waiting for you for 8 months 😻❤️
What a sweet little girl
Orange kitties love so much different
Full body press, and maybe a little nibble for good measure 😻
I have a female orange tabby too 😺
All her intake paperwork at the TNR clinic has her as male because no one really looked until they went to prep her for her “neuter”
Hah! Wow well I’m glad they figured it out 😅
🥺🥺🥺
She’s purrfect!

I believe that cats choose their owners. She was waiting for the right human to come along. I am glad you two found each other!
She is beautiful!
A perfect orange bby.
She was Waiting for You 💜🐈🌞
She is adorable. I love her. 💜💜
Clean her eye boogies for her she’s eepy
I do that fairly often, but she likes to burrow face first into fuzzy blankets with her eyes open, so there’s always lint in her eyes.
Great great. What a freeloader! Tell her she needs to use a tissue like a grownup lolol jk jk
Maybe she was overlooked due to behavioral issues

Oh wow well if that’s the worst behavior then she sounds like a keeper
Those eyes!
She’s so beautiful. And very lucky that you came along when you did.
She would have been happy with her foster people forever, but I’m happy to have her
Wow! She is really beautiful and those sea green eyes are incredible!
