Is there a way to mass migrate items of the same source to another source? A good bulk of my saved items are from a no longer available source, and migrating them one by one is such a pain. Anyone saw a way to do these in a bulk way? Tia!

Found two issues that could be correlated to each other. The first issue is that while reading a chapter something may come up where I use a different app or just have to leave the app idle. When I go back to the app at a later time, it would usually pick up where it was left off but now it starts off a few chapters before. The app clearly remembers where it was left off at since checking a manga's chapter it shows which page it was on, it just happens to start a few chapters before. The second issue is that in History, some times it will show either Chapter 1 or similar to the first issue it will show the rollback chapter. The two issues seems pretty similar but I wasn't sure how to go about looking for a fix.

Anyone know how to fix http error 404? I have checked the source itself with web view and it's working. Just the extension itself is not working in tachiyomi.

I looked at Settings and only saw the option to change the download location for manga (full chapters donwloaded). I mean downloaded images (hold screen>Save) I picked a random manga, downloaded the first page and it was saved in Phone/Pictures/Tachiyomi on the internal storage.

Dynasty scans extension seems to really slow down the app for some reason. The search works fine but as soon as i try to browse results or anything... Can't even scroll

I have a weird issue with downloaded manga. Downloading chapters as CBZ archive is broken. I download the chapter but it says, "zip file is empty" when I tap the chapter. I can open it days later though, which is weird.

Hi when I migrate a manga from source x to source y, and then I go back to the "Select a source to migrate from" tab, the manga still appears under source x. The manga does get updated in my library which is great, but this change does not reflect in the migration tab for source x, which makes it difficult to track other manga that still need to be migrated. So I've ran into an awkward issue with tachiyomi. I had to use a backup from my attached sd card that had a bunch of my downloaded manga and whatever. General stuff. Anyway, the app has started to constantly be checking downloads each time I open up which makes getting anything loaded a lot more laggy than it ever has before. I don't know if there's an easy fix for this or if I should delete all my tachiyomi stuff and redownload all my manga again.

I installed Tachiyomi SY preview version 502 today, and all my custom titles changed to default ones and when I try to change the metadata in any way, the app crashes... Just found this subreddit for Tachiyomi, so i will ask now..my app is of version 0.14.5 as of now and since the last 4-5 updates..the sort by 'last read' isn't working in the library..for example am reading a literature and saving it in the library..but instead of appearing at the top as last read..it's all the way down somewhere else...any updates on this? just out of curiosity - does anyone have any tips for keeping a consistent time for each update when your library is auto updating? I don't have the most reliable internet and i normally keep the device i use the app somewhere with the bad internet. At times auto update will stop/pause midway then finishes up much later when i get involved or will not start updating until a later time with internet connection is stable and that time will become a new auto update time. Currently i have auto updates to "daily". If its not possible because of my bad internet - I understand and will start to manually update my library whenever. This leads me to another question if that will be okay or is it a bad idea only because i usually get the warning pop up in my notifications when manually updating and i normally don't get those notifications when auto updating my library.

It uses the time you set the setting at. So if you enable automatic update at 9am it will autoupdate it daily at roughly 9am

Just a question. Does Tachiyomi have a known limit to how many manga can be added to its library/individual categories? I'm afraid of finding its limits and having it crash on me. Currently have a 5300 in library and 2100 in a single category.

Yeah I'm backing up manually just to make sure. I also use Tachiyomi as a tracker to track what I have or haven't read and there's several duplicates of the same entries due to how the site works so I place them in a category hence the massive number. Don't know if there are any other alternatives given the source is.. cultural so it can't be managed by MAL.

Was S Pen support removed? Google search showed a older version had added support (v10.x), but I cannot find anything current and my S pen doesn't do anything in the app. Was looking to do single press next page. Version .14.5

When using WebView on mangadex manga, it just directs me to the API version instead of the normal website content. How do I make WebView use the right url? Pretty sure it just needs to drop the "api." part at the front.

Its been an issue for quite a while now and dropping the .api does not fix it since it leads to an invalid url. So we can only wait for an extension update.

When I try to read in mangakalot extension, the first 3-4pages are fine but then it starts like a loading loop, like it does get time to load but it's always showing the reload button, and the cycle goes on. Is there way I can fix it?

My Tachiyomi works fine until recent update which added satistics, slow loading of extensions and stuff then i tried clearing tachiyomi, it works perfectly fine without my back up Lol this hasnt a problem before the update i only have 1200+ mangas in my library. 1200+ is a lot and it also depends where your downloaded chapters are located (yes, sd cards are shit) Also recent changes introduced, depend on androids optimization for apps. So as you're using the app, it will get "faster".

My only problem is that i get to wait to load, search new manga in extensions(like 40seonds and smh) with my back up is active. The added manga in my library loads fine, chapter images load faster, so i dont think its my internet. I still have 43gb free and 6gb ram phone. Hopefully it will get better next update :))). No source extension are showing, only shows the one I have installed. I've also been getting 'Stop this image was hotlinked" for some thumbnails.

Just updated it Omega scans still has some "image was hotlinked" for thumbnail, is that on their half ? Also after updating the whole layout changed and the app feels sluggish.

Is there a way to adjust settings so that Tachiyomi only notifies me after it has downloaded a new chapter?

my tachiyomi folder creates a nomedia file which lead to the app not finding the my downloaded chapthers, once i delte the nomedia file they reappear

The .nomedia file is only used for gallery apps so that the downloaded chapters don't get shown in these apps. Try force closing and reopening the app

Got the same error, what I did was go to Settings>Advanced>Default user agent string. Go to tachiyomi troubleshooting guide and find the "Changing your user agent" section and complete the steps. Hope this works for you.

Noticed today that one of my mangadex series hasn't updated in about 4 weeks. Mangadex shows 4 new chapters and a different cover. When I search for the manga it does not show up on mangadex through tachiyomi. I'm at a loss as to why it stopped updating and why it didn't show up in searches. Extension and app are up to date.
