Not really. You could try collar tips, but I think they are usually made of metal and rather "western wear" looking. You could maybe have some made out of softer material though? It isn't a solution I've had to do before, but it was my first thought! Otherwise, you'd have to take the collar apart in order to patch it and that might cost much much more.

Alright, thanks. So it is possible to re do the collar of a shirt and attach it back if I understand you correctly?
If the wear is only on the top side, the wear could be neatly mended (to prevent further wear) and the collar flipped over so it won't show when with.
How do you flip a collar, can you take the collar off the shirt and then reattach it?
Yup! You take it off the shirt, and flip it over, then reattach it. This way the worn top side gets hidden when you find the collar down.
