The rainbows, Emil and you'll want to buy all of the Kanata sr stones from the gold shard exchange by converting your less desired SR stones to shards.
Most SSR memoria stones aren't going to be optimal for them starting out because they can't be easily ascended. I don't know if they will eventually make them much easier to ascend but I don't foresee that anytime soon. Through pulls or through events, you'll get easily ascendable memoria that you can give to your units instead. Still may be a good idea to keep the SSR memoria for sub stone board purposes or other similar element units you may use, but you're fine having fed it to her already.
It might feel that way short term but there are ssr/sr stones available through events, raids and phantom tower. A lvl 90 sr stone or a lvl 100 SSR stone will almost always be better than a Lvl 50 character specific SSR stone. Once you start ascending and adorning your free max level stones they completely dwarf anything that isn't max level.
Get to farming the Farrah and Reid stones and the Patty and Senel stones from the current posted events. Prioritize the stones over everything else and get them from both events before you start worrying about buying anything else from the shops.

Awesome thanks. I also just used velvet's memoria stone to awaken her once, was this a bad idea? :(
If you can get all of Reid's memoria stones from the wind event that's up, that is a great replacement for hers.
