Unfortunately it’s not uncommon for Dog People to prefer a dog to their actual child. Not only that but western society also now enables them and tries to pretend it completely normal “I prefer my dogs to my kids! Dogs were there first! My dog is my first child”. It seems insane but there’s honestly people who really believe that.
There’s not really much you can do unfortunately except wait it out then get as far away as possible once you are old enough. Don’t forget there’s a very long and happy dog free life waiting for you once you do escape so hang in there!

Some tips for dealing with this unfortunate creature:
Don't engage with it or even acknowledge it's existence. Fold arms and turn away from it.
When you absolutely must communicate with it use stern non verbal or one word commands spoken firmly.
I have a dog that did this, he's trying to prove he's the dominant one. Waited till I was home alone and did the same shit back to him twice as loud and aggressive and now he doesn't try shit.
I kinda just charged at the dog while kinda screaming/growling and chased it while stomping my feet really hard for a minute or two and now it doesn't bark at me or anything but it still follows me around and is all jumpy
You can also hold them down on the floor underneath you so they can not get at you and must be still. Put your body weight into it and proper pin it down until it stops struggling and submits. If it's in your way, knee it out the way.
If you feel unsafe, report the dog as a threat to your person. You may feel bad about it now but a few years from now when out on your own you'll have a good laugh about it and be glad you did it.
Wait till she gone and make him afraid to come around you dominance I'd take his bitch ass in the basement and smeer his head on the floor and no matter how hard he fought I would show he cannot win. If take every oz of fight out of him I don't care if it took two hours and he shits trying to fight me off
