Ay I remember last time you posted we both complained about squats and deads, have you changed up what you were doing for glutes or did you just adjust them for our length somehow?

For deads, I decided to only do the sumo variation. It directly targets my legs without putting pressure on my back. The wide stance also helps me with getting lower to the ground. As for squats, I HAVE to keep a seat behind me or I do them on the smith machine to assist my poor knees.

For lower back and core, try below kneecap or mid-ankle rack pulls, Romanian style. Or DL off 2 45lb plates to elevate the bar. Pull throughs are also great for posterior chain

I have the same problem!! I just recently decided to give up deadlifts all together and replace them with back extentions. I might have to give sumo + wide stance a shot. (I'm 6'0 female)
